Participation Requirements: Payment: The credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged to the successful bidder at the conclusion of the auction for the purchase price plus an 18% Buyers Premium and sales tax if applicable. Adjustments in sales tax for out of state buyers will be made. Firearms: It is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to provide the auction company with a valid FFL for weapon transfer sent via email to info@webstersauction.com within 24hrs after the auction concludes. The email should include the paddle number, lots won, & full name of buyer. WEBSTER'S WILL NOT CONTACT BUYER'S FFL, BUYER MUST INITIATE CONTACT WITH PREFERRED FFL. Local Buyers that plan to pick up their purchase at our location 14463 Luthe Rd. in Houston, TX Please read dates/times that are designated and make sure you are able to come in during these times. Webster's MUST receive Buyer's FFL documentation no later than 7 days after the conclusion of the auction. If buyer does not furnish Webster's with FFL documentation by the 7th day after the conclusion of the auction, Buyer FORFEITS THE FIREARM and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Dealers must furnish all resale certificates and Texas resale exemption forms. All out of state buyers who are not dealers must furnish bills of landing from a common carrier to not be charged sales tax. All export buyers must furnish dock receipts and bills of landing to not pay sales tax. Local Gun Buyers must complete NICS forms at Webster’s location. Dealers must have signed copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) upon arrival. Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency from the FFL holder as well as a signed copy of that dealer's FFL. Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) to buy any firearm(s) and at least twenty-one (21) to purchase a handgun. Webster’s makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning condition, the operation of firing, safety to use, safety to store, reliability or working order of any firearm. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased through Webster’s is entirely at the buyer/user’s risk. Webster’s advises every buyer of a firearm, any ammunition or accessory to have it inspected by a gunsmith prior to any use of any kind. NICS BACKGROUND CHECK & 4473 PAPERWORK WILL BE DONE AT PICKUP FOR LOCAL BUYERS. Bidder waives their right to initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card for any reason. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Your invoice will be billed to your credit card following the auction. Any bidder who fails to comply with these terms will be subject to collections from an independent company along with any penalties and fees associated with the service. Descriptions and condition reports are based on a visual inspection of the item. We have made no examination of any internal mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. Bidder should have firearms inspected & serviced by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing.
