You are bidding on your own behalf and judgement. *Arrangement to view the tractors and make your judgement prior to bidding have been encouraged by contacting the seller to view. If you have not seen the tractors and are only judging based on pictures and conversation with the seller you will be bidding or buying at your own risk. *This auction is Online and Live bidding, Weishaar Auction Service is not responsible for your internet or computer failure, audio failure or delays causing a bid to be missed during the time item is being offered. Bidder acknowledges and understands that their internet service may or may not function correctly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Weishaar Auction Service or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. *Once the Auctioneer says 'SOLD', the equipment becomes the Sole Responsibility of the Winning Bidder. Purchases become the responsibility of and shall be and remain at the risk of the Purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his bid. It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser to insure his purchases immediately. The Sellers nor the Auction Company will not assume any liability or responsibility for transfer costs or damages to the equipment resulting in a loss to the Purchaser, either due to negligence or natural accidental occurrence circumstances. Furthermore, Purchaser will hold harmless both the Sellers and the Auction Company, and their heirs and assigns from any litigation and/or loss due to any lawsuit brought by Purchaser for any loss that he/she may endure. *Weishaar Auction Service does reserve the right to reject the Bid of any purchaser or revoke any/all bidding numbers from any purchase, who in the past has presented a problem for collection to either the Auction Company or Seller. * ABSOLUTELY NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION SITE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
