Payment Instructions:
1. Payment Options for this auction will be Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Cash and Checks accepted ONLY with PRE Approval and may cause delay in pickup or shipping.
2. We will charge the credit card that you have registered with Proxibid at the conclusion of the auction. You will have a second charge for shipping and handling (if applicable) once it is calculated. 
All Gold Bullion lots MUST be paid with Cash or CASHIER'S CHECK; NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR GOLD BULLION. No pre approval of payment type for gold bullion buyers. By participating in the auction, gold bullion buyers acknowledge the special payment instructions just stated.
3. WIRE TRANSFERS for Purchases WILL BE ACCEPTED with PRE APPROVAL. If there are any wire charges incurred, Buyer will pay any and all transfer fees related to transaction. 4. Please verify that the credit card that you have on file with Proxibid is a good card. Any credit cards that are declined for ANY reason, will be charged a $25 service fee.
5. IF you desire to pay with CASH or CHECK, you MUST contact our office PRIOR to bidding to establish credit.
6. NO INTERNATIONAL SALES for this auction. United States address required.

We AUTOMATICALLY ship to any Buyer whose address is more than a 2 hour drive to the auction removal. We ship the cheapest way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. (FedEx & USPS). Every effort is made to have all items shipped within Fourteen (14) days. On rare occasions it may take longer (E.g. near holidays or if a particular auction has an unusually high amount of shipping). Email pmorganauctions@gmail.com with any special shipping/packing/handling requests. Once your item is packed we cannot make changes.
Pickup is by appointment ONLY contact Patrick Morgan @ 717-278-9202. Pickup is Wednesday, May 26th, 2021, after 12 Noon. Any purchases not picked up by May 28th at 5 PM will be shipped the following week.
