We will start with guns that we have already received an FFL copy for. So, be sure to have your dealer email us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com within a week of the auction, if you would like your gun(s) shipped in a timely matter. If you plan to pay by cash, check or money order for your items, you can wait to pay until we have your your packages boxed and weighed. Shipping Instructions: We will start the process of boxing & weighing packages for shipment on June 3, 2020. Shipping could take up to 2 weeks, to put a rush on shipping please contact us and we will try to accommodate. ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF AGE - Even Black Powders - That is an Illinois Law that we must abide by, no exceptions. SHIPPING COST EXAMPLE- An average long gun box, is 8" X 4" X 48" and will hold 2 standard sized rifles or shotguns (without scopes) along with the proper bubble wrap and packing. It will weigh around 20lbs and will cost around $45 to ship, plus our $10 handling fee for a total of $55. Or one gun will weigh around 10lbs or less and would cost around $25 plus $10 handling. Handguns are usually under $30 to ship but it all depends on the weight of the box and how much the Declared Value is. The more expensive the gun = the more insurance needed = the higher shipping cost.

If you purchase a firearm of any kind it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have an FFL dealer send us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com. Please make sure that your FFL includes your name somewhere in the email. ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF OF AGE OR CALIBER. Illinois Gun Laws Apply. We have taken LOTS of good photos of each item so that all online bidders can be their own judge on identification, authenticity and condition. We have also described each item to the best of our knowledge but once again take advantage of all of the photos and be your own judge. We have tried to find a manufacture date for most older guns but the dating process is not always an exact science and sometimes it is simply an educated guess based on related serial numbers, date stamps or factory records with general dates. THERE IS Absolutely NO RETURNS. ALSO NOTE - There is a 20% Buyers Premium, a $15 per gun paperwork fee, UPS shipping costs and $10 handling for each package.
