BIDDING INFO

Lot # 0

This is an Online Only "Timed Auction" with a "soft closing" and the only way to bid is through ProxiBid. When lot #1 goes "Live" at 10:00am CST there will be a 60 second...more time clock that will reset every time a new bid is placed, once there has been no bids for a full 60 seconds that lot will close. TWO NEW LOTS WILL GO "LIVE" EVERY 60 SECONDS, the software WILL NOT WAIT until one lot has closed before starting the 60 second time clock on the next lots. THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE LOTS SELLING AT THE SAME TIME throughout the day. The best way to participate is to leave "Max Bids" and let the software do the bidding for you. ProxiBid software executes the max bids, NOT THE AUCTION COMPANY, and will only bid for you up to your Max Bid price, if needed. For Example, if you leave a Max Bid on an item for $800 and that item only gets bid up to $400, you only pay $400. If you want to raise your "Max Bid", the software will not let you raise your current bid. This software is designed to work for you, not against you. It simply executes your bids competitively, just as if you were bidding yourself. Also note that "Live Bidding" problems can happen. For example, a slow internet connection or multiple people trying to bid at once can effect the speed at which you are viewing the auction and an item may sell before you are able to bid. So, once again, if you have not left Max Bids as a backup, you could miss out.

Lot # 2A

This is a fine example of a German Military Issue P08 Luger, Sub-Variation I ("d" serial number block) made in 1935 (G Date) by Mauser (S/42) with early proof stamps (wit...morehout eagle type acceptance stamps)... The P08 Luger is a toggle-locked recoil-operated semi-automatic pistol manufactured to very close tolerances and exacting standards using the highest quality materials in several models and by several nations from 1898 to 1948. The Model P08 luger was technically replaced in service in 1938 by the Walther P38, but ever-growing WWII wartime demands for handguns resulted in continued P08 production by Mauser until December 1943. This P08 Luger sports the following markings- "S/42" = Manufactured by Mauser; "G" = Manufactured in 1935; "DE211" "S92" = Early proof marks (Sub-Variation 1) without Nazi Eagle and "4930d" = d-block serial number (First sub-variations were serial numbered- 930a-5000d). This gun is numbers matching with the exception of the magazine, but the magazine is the correct aluminum Mauser-style. This gun is in beautiful condition with original strawed finish on the trigger/ take-down lever/ safety latch, it has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order. WWI German, Mauser 1918 T-Gewehr (Tankgewehr), 13mm Cal., Anti-Tank (W/ Bullet), SN - 1881

Lot # 1

The Mauser Tankgewehr 13mm anti-tank rifle was the first rifle designed for the sole purpose of destroying armored targets and the only anti-tank rifle to see service in ...moreWorld War I. During the First World War the onset of static, trench warfare saw the rise in the use of armor plate for personal defense, and the development and use of armor-piercing ammunition to counter this. Both Britain and Germany used high-powered rifles, such as elephant guns from their African colonies, for this purpose. The first use of armored fighting vehicles (tanks) was by the British at the Battle of Flers–Courcelette in September 1916 and were followed by the French. By June 1917, the German Army faced the Mark IV tank, and found that the standard armor-piercing 7.92 mm K bullet was no longer effective. This prompted the development by the Germans of a heavy caliber and high-velocity rifle as an anti-tank weapon. The makers of the gun were inspired by weapons used to hunt African big game, like the Elephant gun. The Mauser Company responded with the 13mm T-Gewehr and began mass production at Oberndorf am Neckar in May 1918. The first of these off the production lines were issued to specially raised anti-tank detachments. The rifle is a single-shot bolt-action using a modified Mauser action, with rounds manually loaded into the chamber and is 69" in overall length with a 39" barrel. The weapon has a pistol grip and bipod. The iron sights are composed of a front blade and tangent rear, graduated in 100-meter increments from 100 to 500 meters. The rifle was operated by a two-man crew of a gunner and ammunition bearer, who were both trained to fire the weapon. Due to the tremendous blunt force of the recoil, it was designed to be shot in a static position, either prone or from inside a trench. The armor-piercing hardened steel cored 13.2 x 92mm (.525-inch) semi-rimmed cartridge, often simply called "13 mm", was originally planned for a new, heavy Maxim MG.18 water-cooled machine gun, the Tank und Flieger (TuF) meaning for use against "tank and aircraft", which was under development and to be fielded in 1919. This original numbers-matching (low SN-1881) Mauser T-Gewehr was made in in 1918 and comes with (1) 13mm bullet. This extremely rare rifle is in original condition with deep/ sharp rifling and is in perfect working order. Shipping Cost - $80.00 or free pick up.

1941 Chilean 1 Of 1,000 , Johnson's Automatic, M1941, 7mm Mauser Cal., Semi-Auto, SN - 1371

Lot # 6A

This is a nice example of a 1941 Chilean Special Order (1 of 1,000) Johnson's Automatic M1941 semi-automatic rifle - chambered for 7mm Mauser, rather than 30-06 Sprg. The...more M1941 Johnson Rifle is an American short-recoil operated 30-06 Sprg. semi-automatic rifle designed by Melvin Johnson prior to World War II, in 1939. Melvin Johnson campaigned heavily for the adoption of the Johnson rifle by the U.S. Army and other service branches. However, after limited testing, the U.S. Army rejected Johnson's rifle in favor of the M1 Garand rifle developed by Springfield Armory. The M1941 was, however, ordered by the Netherlands for issue to the KNIL in the Dutch East Indies, but only 1,999 rifles were shipped to the Dutch East Indies before the Japanese invaded. At this time, the U.S. Marine Corps found itself in need of a modern fast-firing infantry rifle, and acquired some rifles from the Dutch East Indies shipment for issue to its Paramarine battalions then preparing to deploy for action in the Pacific Theater. By all accounts, the M1941 performed acceptably in combat with the Marines in the early days of the Pacific fighting. In 1941, Chile special ordered 1,000 M1941s chambered in 7mm Mauser caliber. All production of the Special Chile Order was carried out by the Cranston Arms Co. of Cranston, Rhode Island, a partnership between Johnson’s own Johnson Automatics Corp. and the Universal Windings Co. Unlike the Johnson rifles later procured by the Marine Corps from the Netherlands Purchasing Commission, these rifles were purchased by Chile directly from Johnson Automatics, Inc. These rare Chilean models had very low serial numbers (no letter prefix) and the receiver & heat shield were marked "30-06", due to the fact that these rifles were built on pre-existing parts. This gun was part of the original 1,000 guns order for the Chilean government in 1941 and was in the first batch manufactured and shipped. This gun is correctly marked throughout - "7mm" on barrel (correct)- stock has no inspector stamp (correct) - mismatched numbers receiver/ bolt (correct). rear sight stamped "M2" (Correct), handguard marked "30-06" "1941" (correct) and receiver marked 30-06 (correct). Navy Arms was able to procure and import a small shipment of these original Chilean M1941s in the early 70s. This gun is a Chilean Military Surplus M1941 that was imported by Navy Arms and is marked as such on the barrel. Features include a quickly detachable 22" barrel, walnut stock/ forearm, vented handguard, fully adjustable rear peep sight, front post band sight with ears, bayonet lug, checkered metal buttplate, brown leather sling (period correct) and 10-round rotary magazine. This gun is in beautiful condition with an excellent sharp clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1939 Winchester (1 of 321), Model 42 Trap Grade "Skeet Style", 410 Ga., Pump, SN - 41466

Lot # 7

This is a very scarce, exceptional example of a Winchester Model 42 Trap Grade "SKEET STYLE" shotgun made in 1939, with only 321 produced. The first pump-action shotgun d...moreesigned specifically for the .410 was introduced by Winchester in 1933 as the Model 42. A scaled-down version of Winchester’s classic Model 12 pump-action shotgun, the Model 42 was a sweet little scattergun that holds top value to collectors. About 164,800 were produced, in a variety of grades and barrel configurations. Marketed as "Everybody’s Sweetheart," as well as "The Greatest Little Shotgun in the World," the sleek, racy, fast-handling Model 42 was a hit with upland hunters and skeet shooters. The Model 42 stayed in the lineup until 1963, a famous year in the company’s history, when rising production costs led to changes in manufacturing processes, which led to the "pre-64" and "post-64" categories of all Winchester firearms. One of the most desirable grades of the Model 42, was the "Trap Grade" and Only 231 were built from 1934 to 1939. Winchester offered extra interchangeable barrels for its Model 42s beginning in 1934, or 42's could be custom ordered with a specific barrel configuration at the customers request. This Trap Grade Model 42s was made in 1939 and features a 26" SKEET barrel with Lyman Cutts "Trap" Compensator, Simmons vent rib, fancy walnut special checkered English stock with two closed diamonds on each side of the slide handle and one closed diamond located on the underside of grip, stamped "TRAP" on bottom of receiver under the serial number (numbers matching), Pachmayr "Old English" black rubber recoil pad with white spacer, high-luster bluing finish with matte receiver top, 3" chamber and 14.25" LOP. The finish on this gun has been very professionally done and is beautiful throughout. This gun is in perfect working order.

1943 WWII U.S. Army, Union Switch & Signal Colt 1911A1, 45 ACP Cal. (W/ Holster), SN - 1089045

Lot # 8

This WWII U.S. Contract Model 1911A1 was manufactured by the Union Switch & Signal Co. (US&S) of Swissvale, Pennsylvania, in 1943. During WWII many U.S. manufacturers wer...moree tasked to switch production to support the war effort. One company was the Union Switch & Signal Co., who was tasked with production of the Colt 1911A1 pistol. The US&S Co. only manufactured 55,000 Model 1911A1 pistols in total between January and November 1943, from serial number 1,041,405 to 1,096,404. They are second in rarity to Singer, who only produced 500 1911A1 pistols. Other Colt 1911A1 special contract manufactures during WWII were Remington Rand (900,000 produced) and Ithaca Gun Company (400,000). Designed by John Browning, the Model 1911 Colt Government is the best known of his designs to use the short recoil principle in its basic design. The pistol was widely copied, and this operating system rose to become the preeminent type of the 20th century and of nearly all modern centerfire pistols. The pistol served as the standard-issue sidearm for the United States Armed Forces from 1911 to 1985 and is widely regarded by gun historians as the best firearm design to date. Battlefield experience in World War I led to some small external changes to the M1911, completed in 1924, the new version was called the M1911A1. This 1943 U.S. Army issued Colt M1911A1 is marked - "UNITED STATES PROPERTY", "M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY", "U.S. & S CO. SWISSVALE, PA U.S.A". This gun comes with original "U.S." marked brown leather Officers' holster and features include a 5" barrel, grip safety, lanyard ring, 7-round magazine and original Keyes Fibre Co. checkered brown plastic grips with reinforcing rings around the screw holes and interior strengthening ribs. 1927 Norwegian Kongsberg (Colt M1911), Model 1914, 45 ACP Cal., semi-Auto (W/ Holster), SN - 1086

Lot # 12

The Kongsberg Colt is a nickname used for Colt M1911 pistols produced under license by the Norwegian factory Kongsberg Vapenfabrik. On September 24, 1914 the Norwegian Mi...morenister of Defense officially adopted the Colt Government Model 1911 pistol for use by the Norwegian armed forces. Kongsberg Vapenfabrik manufactured approximately 20,000 units of what was called the M1914, under Colt license, in the period between 1914-1940. These pistols were identical to the Colt M1911 except for a minor detail on the hammer checkering and the Norwegians redesigned the slide stop to make it easier to operate with one hand. To accommodate this change a small section of the left grip panel was cut out. This original "numbers matching" Kongsberg Colt M1914 is marked "11.25 m/m AUT. 1943 WWII German Walther/ BLM, G41(W), 8mm Mauser Cal., Semi-Auto, SN - 1990

Lot # 13

The Gewehr 41, commonly known as the G41(W) or G41(M), denoting the manufacturer (Walther or Mauser), is a battle rifle manufactured and used by Nazi Germany during World...more War II. It is a semi-automatic rifle with a higher rate of fire than existing bolt-action rifle models at the time and used a mechanism known as the "Bang" system (after its Danish designer Soren H. Bang). In this system, propellant gases were captured by a cone-shaped gas trap at the muzzle, which in turn deflected them to operate a small piston which in turn pushed on a long piston rod that opened the breech and reloaded the gun. This is as opposed to the more common type of gas-actuated system, in which gases are tapped off from the barrel, and push back on a piston to open the breech to the rear. G41(W) rifles were produced at two factories, namely Walther at Zella Mehlis, and Berlin-Lubecker Maschinenfabrik. Walther guns bear the AC code, and WaA359 inspection proofs, while BLM guns bear the DUV code with WaA214 inspection proofs. These rifles are relatively scarce, and quite valuable in collector grade. Varying sources put production figures between 40,000 and 145,000 units. This G41(W) was made at the Berlin-Lubecker Maschinenfabrik factory in 1943 and retains the original WaA214 inspection proof stamps throughout. Features include a 21.5" barrel, 1.5" cone-shaped muzzle gas trap, wooden handguard, adjustable flip up v-notch rear sight, hooded ramp front sight, bayonet lug, cleaning rod, brown leather sling and 10-round detachable box magazine. Matching numbers include receiver, floorplate, magazine well and sight. Non-matching numbers include bolt/ cover and muzzle gas trap. This gun is in good condition with battle wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1998 Colt Signature Series, 1851 Navy, 36 Cal., Percussion Revolver (New-In-Box), SN - 44279

Lot # 14

The “Colt Revolving Belt Pistol of Naval Caliber,” as the 1851 Navy was originally called, was Colt’s first practical revolver, coming after the 44-cal. Dragoon and the l...moreess-powerful .31-cal. Pocket Models. The well-balanced .36-cal. 1851 Navy packed an impressive punch and was a favorite of such diverse pistoleros as “Wild Bill” Hickok and Frank James. Original (1st Generation) 1851 Navy's were produced from 1851–1873. In 1971 Colt began to produce the first run of 2nd Generation Colt Navy's in the Hartford plant. These slightly undersized guns, featuring early square-backed trigger guards and authentic Colt stampings, were made until 1973. From 1974 to 1976 Colt obtained parts from one of its distributors, Lou Imperato, to produced another run of 2nd Generation 1851 Navy's, which are known as C Series guns. From 1979 to 1982, Imperato made the entire gun in his New Jersey factory as “The Authentic Colt Black powder Series.” Using Italian parts, finished and assembled in the United States with Colt performing final inspection, these guns are known as the F Series and are also still considered 2nd Generations. From 1994 to 2002, 3rd Generation Colt-licensed 1851 Navy's were made by Imperato’s renamed Colt Black powder Arms Co. and are regarded as "The Finest Navy's Yet". These "Signature Series" 1851 Navy's featured Sam Colt’s signature on the backstrap with gold inlay. This Signature Series 1851 Navy is new-in-box with paperwork and features a 7.5" round barrel with high gloss bluing, Navel Engagement roll marked cylinder, case hardened frame, blued trigger guard/ backstrap, case hardened rammer lever and 6-shot percussion cap cylinder.

Beretta, A400 Xcel Multitarget- Kick-Off, 12 Ga., Semi-Auto (New-In-Case), SN - ST003361

Lot # 15

The Beretta A400 Xcel Multitarget is an extremely versatile semi-auto shotgun, designed to adjust for all three types of shotgun competitions—trap, skeet, and sporting cl...moreays. Beretta B-Fast logic allows the shooter to adjust the comb with 4-way drop and cast regulation; and a shim system makes it reversible from right- to left-handed. The B-Fast system also allows you to adjust the rib to modify the point of impact depending on shooting discipline, while the balance cap can be tuned to obtain your ideal point of balance. The grade 2.5 select walnut stock features fine checkering and oil finish. A Microcore butt pad shoulders smoothly, stays put on the shoulder, and absorbs recoil. A rotating bolt, and a self-cleaning piston ensure the shotgun operates for extended shooting sessions with minimal maintenance. The Steelium 30" barrel uses Optima-Bore HP chokes (comes with IM, IC, M choke tubes) with a chrome-plated bore and an elongated forcing cone for consistently uniform patterns, with either lead or steel shot. An oversized bolt handle aids in loading and unloading. Comes with installed Kick Off Unit. Kick-Off is the only recoil reduction in the world that uses two hydraulic dampeners very similar to those in automobile suspensions. The Beretta A400 Xcel Multitarget is a highly advanced semi-auto shotgun designed to win shooting competitions. This gun is brand new, in grey hardcase. Hardcase will have a few light scuffs.

1945 French Mauser, Walther P.38, 9mm Luger Cal., Semi-Auto, (Unfired Military Surplus) SN - 737K

Lot # 20

The P38 is a 9mm Luger semi-automatic pistol that was developed by Carl Walther GmbH as the service pistol of the German Army at the beginning of World War II. The P.38 w...moreas a groundbreaking semi-automatic pistol design, which introduced technical features still used today in current commercial and military semi-automatic pistols. The Walther P.38 was in production from 1939 to 1945. During WWII, the P.38 was produced by three separate manufacturers: Walther, Mauser, and Spreewerk. To conceal manufacturer identities, each wartime manufacturer used a letter code: ac (Walther); byf (Mauser), and cyq (Spreewerk). The Mauser factory was liberated by the Allied forces in April 1945. Control of the factory was handed over to the French army which was in desperate need of firearms. Many P38 parts were still available in the Mauser storage rooms and the French decided to take advantage of this to produce P38 pistols for their own needs. Mauser used the secret code byf up to 1944 but changed in 1945 to SVW. The last two digits of the production year were stamped behind the code. The French applied a new, very rough black phosphate finish over the original German finish, which is still prevalent on this gun. This 1945 French Occupied Mauser P.38 is marked "SVW45". Features include a 4.9" barrel, ribbed metal grips with lanyard ring and 8-round magazine. This gun is showing light wear on the original black phosphate finish, but appears to be unfired/ surplus with a perfect bore and is in "new" working order.

1941 WWII Russian, Izhevsk Tokarev SVT-40 Sniper, 7.62x54R Cal., Semi-Auto, SN - KN2675

Lot # 25

The SVT-40 is a Soviet semi-automatic battle rifle that saw widespread service during and after World War II. It was intended to be the Soviet Red Army's new service rifl...moree, but its production was disrupted by the German invasion in 1941, resulting in a change back to the Mosin–Nagant rifle for the duration of World War II. With the removal of the SVT-38 from service in 1940, an improved design, the SVT-40, entered production. It was a more refined, lighter design incorporating a modified folding magazine release. Production of the improved version began in July 1940 at Tula and later at factories in Izhevsk and Podolsk. Production of the Mosin–Nagant M1891/30 bolt-action rifle continued and it remained the standard-issue rifle to Red Army troops, with the SVT-40 more often issued to non-commissioned officers and elite units like the naval infantry. The SVT-40 sniper rifles were manufactured in 1941 and 1942 and were produced in two groups - Factory Issued Snipers & Field Made Snipers. Factory issued snipers were specially produced on a separate production line with smaller tolerances compared to regular rifles and had special markings ranges. Field made snipers could be any SVT rifles with factory rails and a field made notch. Field made snipers mounts were taken from damaged factory issued sniper rifles. Both versions of the SVT-40 Sniper Rifles were highly prized by the Russian, Finnish and German Army Snipers and were very effectively used throughout WWII, due to their semi-automatic actions and the large capacity detachable box magazines. This SVT-40 Field Sniper Rifle was made at the Izhmash Factory in 1941 and features a 1943 N1710 PU sniper scope with brown leather lens covers and canvas wrap scope cover. Other features include a 24.5" barrel, 2.25" muzzle break, adjustable flip-up v-notch rear sight, dovetail front dome sight, cleaning rod, bayonet lug, green canvas sling and 10-round detachable box magazine. This rifle is in good condition with battle wear, has a sharp bore with light pitting and is in excellent working order.

1985 Colt, SAA "New Frontier" (1 of 3,241), 22 LR Cal., Revolver, SN - G225752

Lot # 26

The Colt Single Action Army (SAA) is a single-action revolver designed for the U.S. government service revolver trials of 1872 by Colt's Patent Firearms Manufacturing Com...morepany and was adopted as the standard military service revolver until 1892. At the beginning of World War II, Colt ceased production of the Single Action Army revolver to devote more time to filling orders for the war. When the war ended the advent of television and Western themed movies created customer demand for the revolver, so Colt resumed manufacturing in 1956 with the Second Generation line of Single Action Army revolvers. These Second Generation Colt Single Action Army revolvers were produced from 1956 to 1974. The Third Generation began in 1975, characterized by a change in barrel thread pitch and a solid cylinder bushing replacing the removable/replaceable part from the first and second generations. A Cross-Bolt Safety was implemented in 1982. In 1985, due to labor problems, a crude variation of the Third Generation New Frontier was made. Although these guns functioned as well as any others, the finish was very rough. The finish on the grip frames was a brushed or parkerized blue with polished blue on the barrels and cylinders. Additionally, the blued frames appeared to not have received a “final” polishing revealing a lot of coarse “grinding” marks. Production of the "Rough Finish" New Frontiers lasted for only one year, 1985. They all were in .22 LR caliber and production was limited to 3,241 guns with a 6" barrel and 2,151 with the 7.5" Buntline barrel. This Colt SAA 3nd Generation "New Frontier" was made in 1985 and is 1 of 3,241 with a "Rough Finish" and 6" barrel. Other features include an adjustable rear sight, black checkered grips and six-shot cylinder. This gun is in nice condition with a couple very small/ light scuffs and appears to be unfired.

1944 German Gustloff-Werkes, K98k (ZF41) Sharpshooter, 8mm Mauser Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 3055T

Lot # 33

The Zielfernrohr 41 (ZF41) was a long eye relief scope, issued by the Germans in WWII for use by sharpshooters with the standard battle rifle, the Karabiner, K98k. Early ...morewartime experience in Poland and France showed that there was a need to increase accuracy for sharpshooters, with an aim to hit small targets, such as pill box slits. The ZF41 was therefore developed from a project started in 1939, not as an out and out sniping weapon, but as a general aid for sharpshooters. Although intended for use by marksman, such as the soldiers with the best shot at section or company level, by 1942 the German army was desperately short of sniper rifles and the ZF41 was pressed into service as a sniper scope and used for its original intended purpose. The scope was 1.5 x powered with a side rail mount that was attached to the rail on the side of a K98, on the left of the rear sight, by rollers. The scope would often bear an additional white or blue small stamp, stating the lubrication oil or grease used. This was important, as the oil would freeze in the sub zero temperatures on the Eastern Front. The scope on this rifle bears an "O", which designates - Vacuum grease 1416, serviceable to -40 degrees C. This gun was made by Gustloff-Werkes "bcd 4" in 1944 and is equipped with a duv (Berlin-Lubecker, Lubeck) Z.F.41 scope and side mount. This gun features the correct Nazi proof stamps throughout,. The floorplate and barrel band numbers on this gun are non-matching. Other features include a 24" barrel, adjustable flip-up v-notch rear sight, hooded ramp front sight, brown leather sling, bayonet lug, cleaning rod and 5-round stripper clip fed internal magazine. This gun is in nice condition with very light wear, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore and is in excellent working order.

1944 WWII Russian Izsevsk, 91/30 PU Sniper, 7.62×54R Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 4431196

Lot # 41

The Model M1891 Mosin-Nagant is a five-shot, bolt-action, internal magazine–fed, military rifle developed from 1882 to 1891. Its original official designation, was adopte...mored by the Russian military in 1891. There have been several variations from the original rifle, the most common being the M1891/30 (commonly referred to as "the 91/30" by collectors), which was a modernized design introduced in 1930. The Mosin PU was a sniper variant of the Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant rifle and was famously used during World War II by Red Army snipers like Vasily Zaitsev. PU type sniper rifles were fitted with a two-piece "self centering" scope mount. the PU scope is basic, but robust and effective, with a magnification of 3.5-power and 169mm (6.7 inches) in length and weighing 270 grams (9.5 ounces). The PU is a simple design with a European three post reticule. With the scope fitted, all 91/30 PU rifles were issued with a roughly woven cloth action shroud with a leather strap which passed through the trigger guard, which doubled as a case for the scope when it was removed with the detachable mount. Each rifle also had a set of leather scope caps. Entering service with Russia late in 1942, the 91/30 PU remained in Soviet service until at least the early 1970s. It was not uncommon for 91/30 PU's to have been arsenal refinished and reissued as standard rifles after WWII. 91/30 PU sniper rifles were delivered in substantial numbers, after WWII, as military aid to bolster Communist causes in the Middle East, Vietnam, Cuba, Afghanistan and Korea. Markings indicate that this 91/30 PU Sniper Rifle was made at the Izsevsk Factory in 1944 and was then Factory Refurbished in 1969 and reissued. The PU scope on this rifle is Izsevsk Factory dated 1945 and also retains 1969 reissue stamps. This gun comes with brown leather lens covers, canvas wrap scope cover and original 1969 reissue paperwork. Features include a 29" barrel, adjustable flip-up v-notch rear sight, hooded front post sight, green canvas sling, cleaning rod and 5-round stripper clip fed internal box magazine. This gun is in good condition with light wear, has a sharp bore with light pitting and is in excellent working order.

1954 International Harvester, M1 Garand, 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Semi-Auto, SN - 5099888

Lot # 51

At the conclusion of World War II, the M1 Garand had garnered a well-deserved reputation as the best standardized service rifle of the conflict. Large numbers of Garand's...more were in inventory after Victory over Japan Day, and it was assumed they were sufficient to meet the needs of U.S. armed forces for the foreseeable future. Five years later, though, this illusion was shattered when hostilities commenced on the Korean Peninsula. To augment the supply of existing rifles, the U.S. Ordnance Dept. elected to put the M1 rifle back into production. Springfield Armory ramped up its Garand production line as quickly as possible, but additional sources were needed. As was often the case in previous wars, the government turned to civilian firms for production of all manner of military items, including firearms. On June 15, 1951, the Ordnance Dept. granted a contract for 100,000 M1 rifles to the International Harvester Co (IHC). The rifles were to be manufactured at the firm’s Evansville, Ind., plant with deliveries scheduled to begin in December 1952. The Evansville facility was built during World War II by the Republic Aviation Corp. for production of the P-47 Thunderbolt fighter. The serial number ranges assigned to IHC for M1 rifle production were: 4,400,000–4,660,000 and 5,000,501–5,278,245. As production began, IHC found that one of the most challenging M1 components to manufacture was the barrel. IHC ultimately decided to subcontract barrel production to the Line Material Corp. The Milwaukee-based firm was an established maker of various equipment used in the transmission of electrical and telephone lines and had a well-regarded engineering and manufacturing team. It was soon widely acknowledged that the company’s barrels were of the highest quality. Line Material increased its capacity by adding a second shift to meet the demand for barrels for rebuilds and to supply IHC’s fledgling Garand production program. It is reported that Line Material sent some barrels directly to ordnance units in Korea for use in overhauling M1 rifles in theater. The barrels were marked “LMR” on the right side and were stamped with the drawing number, month and year of production, heat lot identification, “P” (proof) and “M” (magnetic particle inspection). IHC produced the M1 Garand from until 1956. This International Harvester M1 Garand was made in 1954 and sports all original proof marks/ stamps to include - "LMR 11-54" barrel with "P" proof, correct 1954 serial number "5099888", "P" proofed stock and "177" rack number on the underside of the grip. This gun comes with original 1959 (Post-War) Rock Island Armory repair receipt. This gun is in excellent/ original condition with a perfect sharp/ clean bore and is in same-as-new working order.

1942 WWII U.S. Remington, M1903, 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 3338207

Lot # 53

Few arms have served the U.S. military as long or as well as the famed "U.S. Rifle, Caliber .30, Model 1903." For generations of American servicemen and arms enthusiasts,...more the M1903 has gained an enviable reputation as one of the best bolt-action military rifles of all time. The M1903 was manufactured by Springfield Armory at varying levels of production from 1903 until the late 1930s and at Rock Island Arsenal from 1903 until 1913 and again from 1917 until just after World War I. Even though large numbers of M1917 "American Enfield's" were manufactured and issued during World War I to supplement the supply of M1903s, the "Springfield 1903" remained the standard U.S. military service rifle until the adoption of the semi-automatic M1 Garand rifle in 1936. Even after the adoption of the M1, however, the 1903 remained the primary American service rifle until production of the Garand could meet the demand. In 1941, with the U.S. being pulled into WWII, the U.S. Ordnance Department immediately contracted with Remington for M1903 rifles in order to arm the rapidly expanding U.S. armed forces. After the attack on Pearl Harbor the initial order for 134,000 rifles, from Remington, was increased to 308,000 and again raised to 508,000, with a target production rate of 2,000 rifles per day. This U.S. Remington Model 1903 was made in 1942 and was re-equipped with a new High Standard barrel during the war in 1944 (24"). Barrel is marked "HS 11-44" with U.S. Flaming Bomb acceptance stamp and "P" proof stamp. Features include a smooth walnut stock, adjustable flip-up rear battle sight, dovetail front blade sight, checkered metal buttplate with cleaning rod compartment, bayonet lug and sling rings. This gun is in nice condition with very light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1918 WWI U.S. Winchester, M1917 Enfield, 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 304840

Lot # 55

The M1917 Enfield, or "American Enfield", is an American modification and production of the British Pattern 1914 Enfield (P14) rifle (listed in British Service as Rifle N...moreo. 3), which was developed and manufactured during the period 1917–1918. When the British Empire entered World War I, it had an urgent need for rifles and contracts were placed with companies in the United States. In the case of the P14 rifle, Winchester and Remington were selected. When the U.S. entered the war, it had a similar extreme need for rifles. Rather than retool completely, the factories, under the close supervision of the US Army Ordnance Department, altered the P14 design for the 30-06 caliber. Winchester produced the rifle at their New Haven, Connecticut plant and Remington at their main facility at Ilion, New York and at another plant in Eddystone, Pennsylvania. Numerically, it was the main rifle used by the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe during World War I. This new rifle was formally adopted as the new standard U.S. Service rifle and named the Model of 1917. It was manufactured by: Eddystone (1,181,908 rifles), Remington (545,541 rifles) and Winchester (465,980 rifles). Design changes were few; the stripper clip feed, internal box magazine, bolt face, chamber and rifling dimensions were altered to suit the .30-06 Springfield cartridge and the US pattern 5-round stripper clips. The stock was slightly redesigned, lightening it somewhat, and the volley fire sights on the left side of the weapon were deleted. The markings were changed to reflect the model and caliber change. A 16.5-inch blade bayonet, the M1917 bayonet was produced for use on the rifle; it was later used on several other small arms including the M97 and M12 trench shotguns. The M1917 was used alongside the M1903 Springfield, and quickly surpassed the Springfield design in numbers produced and units issued. By November 11, 1918 about 75% of the AEF in France were armed with M1917s. An M1917 Enfield rifle was used by Sergeant Alvin C. York on October 8, 1918, during the event for which he was famously awarded the Medal of Honor. This Winchester M1917 is marked: Barrel - "W 1-18" with U.S. Flaming Bomb ordnance stamp; Top Receiver - "U.S. MODEL OF 1917 WINCHESTER"; Left Side Of Stock - "7K"; Underside Of Stock - Eagle Head acceptance stamps; Bolt - "W" "NS" with U.S. Flaming Bomb ordnance stamp; Left Side Of Receiver - U.S. Flaming Bomb ordnance stamp; Buttplate - Eagle Head acceptance stamp; Front Of Stock (at barrel band) - "W". This gun appears to be all original with a 26" barrel, flip-up aperture rear battle sight, front band sight with ears and sling rings. This gun is in good condition with battle wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1944 WWII British ROF, No.5 MK1 "Jungle Carbine", 303 British Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - C822

Lot # 56

The Rifle No. 5 Mk I was a derivative of the British Lee–Enfield No. 4 Mk I, that was produced from March 1944 to December 1947. Following experience of jungle fighting i...moren the Pacific War, the British came to the conclusion that a rifle shorter and lighter than the standard issue, bolt action .303 cal No. 4 rifle was required. It gained its common nickname of the "Jungle Carbine." in post-war colonial campaigns such as the Malayan emergency. The No. 5 was about 3.9" shorter and 2 lbs lighter than the No. 4 from which it was derived. A number of "lightening cuts" were made to the receiver body and the barrel, the bolt knob drilled out, woodwork cut down to reduce weight and had other new features like a flash suppressor and a rubber buttpad to help absorb the increased recoil and to prevent slippage on the shooter's clothing while aiming. The extra recoil energy was caused by adding the conical flash suppressor (muzzle shroud). The No. 5 iron sight line was also derived from the No. 4 marks and featured a rear receiver aperture battle sight calibrated for 300 yards with an additional ladder aperture sight that could be flipped up and was calibrated for 200–800 yards in 100 yard increments. Due to the large conical flash suppressor, the No 5 Mk I could only mount the No. 5 blade bayonet, which was also designed to serve as a combat knife if needed. The rifle was first issued to British airborne forces in Norway towards the end of the Second World War (1944). Two factories were tasked with the production of the No. 5, the Royal Ordnance Factory Fazakerley, Liverpool (ROF) and Birmingham Small Arms (BSA-Shirley). This ROF No.5 MK1 "Jungle Carbine" is receiver dated "10/44" (First Year Production) and is numbers matching (receiver, stock & magazine). Other features include a 20.5" barrel with conical flash suppressor, N67 adjustable ladder rear peep battle sight, dovetail front blade sight with ears, 10-round steel detachable box magazine, sling rings and bayonet lug. This gun is in original condition with battle wear, has a sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

Circa 1865 Ball & Williams, Ballard Sporting Rifle, 44-40 Win. Cal., Falling-Block, SN - 15145

Lot # 58

The Ballard Rifle was designed and patented by Charles H. Ballard in November 1861 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Around 3,000 were made between 1862 and 1865, with some be...moreing used for military use in Kentucky. The Ballard rifle is a single-shot breech loading rifle with a falling block mechanism actuated by a lever. The action provided for a camming action for the breech block, and a center hung hammer for fast lock time. The internal components were also contained in the breech block to protect them from fouling and dirt. The rifle also used a pull-rod system for attaching buttstocks. At the time, the rifling was recognized as being superior, especially when firing grease-groove bullets. Variants were built by Ball & Williams (1862–1865), Dwight Chapin & Co. (1862–1863), R. Ball & Co. (1865–1867), Merrimack Arms (1867–68), and Brown Manufacturing (1869–1873). The last and most successful maker was J.M. Marlin Firearms Co., who built more models than any predecessor (1870–1890). This Ballard Rifle was made by Ball & Williams and features a 24" octagon barrel, smooth walnut sporting stock with fluted rib, brass buttplate, and dovetail sights. This gun is showing wear, but still retains a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in excellent working order. This gun originally sported a rare "Reversible Firing-Pin", but it is not permanently sweated-in.

1863 British Birmingham, P-1861 Snider MkII**, .577 Snider Cal., Breech-Loading Cavalry Carbine

Lot # 60

By the end of the American Civil War it was patently obvious that the self-contained cartridge was the wave of the future. Unfortunately most countries still had large st...moreocks of percussion arms on hand. Ordnance officers began searching for ways to convert old muzzle- and breech-loaders to handle the new ammunition. One of the best—and the one ultimately adopted by the British—was devised by Jacob Snider of New York. It involved cutting 2 1/2 inches off the breech of a standard-issue Pattern 1853 Enfield Rifle-Musket. The breech was then expanded to accommodate a cartridge, and a breechblock hinged to the right side of the opening. A "plunger" (firing-pin) was secured through the length of the breechblock at an angle where it could be struck by a modified Enfield hammer. The Snider–Enfield was produced in several variants: Long Rifle, Short Rifle, Cavalry Carbine and Artillery Carbine. This British P-1861 was made at the Birmingham Small Arms Co. in 1862, lockplate marked "1862 BA Co." and features a Snider .577 Breech-Loading Conversion. This Mark II** Cavalry Carbine variation features a early style breechblock/ sling bar, 19.25" barrel, half-length wood stock with single barrel band, brass furniture, flip-up rear sight, sling rings and original British proof marks throughout. This gun is showing age/ wear but still retains sharp/ clean rifling and appears to be in excellent working order.

Lot # 63

The Springfield Model 1873 was the first standard-issue breech-loading rifle adopted by the United States Army and was manufactured from 1873–1892. The Model 1873 was the...more fifth variation of the Allin trapdoor design, and was named for its hinged breechblock, which opened like a trapdoor. The infantry rifle model featured a 32 5/8" barrel, while the cavalry carbine used a 22" barrel. It was superseded by an improved model, the Springfield Model 1884. 1934 Mauser Banner, Sporterized "Standard Modell", 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 77763

Lot # 65

The Mauser "Standard Modell" rifle (also known as Mauser Model 1924 or Mauser Model 1933) is a bolt-action rifle that was developed in 1924 but entered full-scale product...moreion in 1933. It grew out of a post-World War I trend to replace rifle and carbine versions of a country’s main battle arm with a universal or “standard” pattern of intermediate length. In the 1920s and early 1930s, with Mauser’s production of firearms restricted by the Versailles Treaty, it was manufactured and sold under the pretense of export sales and arming civil authorities. In 1935, the German military officially adopted its own standardized short rifle, designated as the “Karabiner 98 kurz,” or 98k, but "Standard Modells" were still being made in Mauser factories after 98k production started, and they continued to be assembled from remaining parts through the end of World War II. This custom sporterized Mauser "Standard Modell" still retains the original Mauser action/ floorplate with "Mauser Banner" receiver stamp over "1934", as well as German & Nazi proof stamps. Updated features include a smooth walnut Monte Carlo stock with black grip cap, ribbed Mershon buttpad with black/ white spacers, 25" 30-06 Sprg. barrel with high luster bluing, Redfield micro-meter fully adjustable rear peer sight, ramped dome front sight and brown leather sling dated "1918". 1967 Remington, Model 700 ADL, 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 294095

Lot # 66

The Remington Model 700 is a series of bolt-action centerfire rifles manufactured by Remington Arms since 1962. Remington initially produced two variants of the Model 700...more, the ADL and BDL (Average Deluxe & Better Deluxe), in both long- and short-action rifles that allowed for the chambering of different cartridges. The main difference between Remington 700 ADL and BDL is the magazine type. The 700 ADL sports a blind magazine while the BDL has a hinged magazine. It is a manually operated bolt action with two forward dual-opposed lugs. The bolt face is recessed, fully enclosing the base of the cartridge. The extractor is a C-clip sitting within the bolt face. The ejector is a plunger on the bolt face actuated by a coil spring. The bolt is of 3-piece construction, brazed together (head, body and bolt handle). The receiver is milled from round cross-section steel. This Model 700 ADL 30-06 Long-Action was made in 1967 and features a checkered Monte Carlo stock with high gloss finish, 22" barrel, adjustable elevator v-notch rear sight, ramped dovetail front sight, sling studs, blind magazine with 4-round capacity and sells complete with Tasco 3-9x40 scope with Weaver rings. 1916 WWI Austrian, Steyr-Hahn M1912, 9mm Steyr Cal., Semi-Auto (W/ Holster), SN - 49050

Lot # 67

The Steyr M1912, also known as the Steyr-Hahn, is a semi-automatic pistol developed in 1911 by the Austrian firm Steyr Mannlicher, based on the mechanism of the Roth–Stey...morer M1907. It was developed for the Austro-Hungarian Army and adopted in 1912. It was the standard Austro-Hungarian military handgun of World War I. It was known as being extremely reliable and was able to endure the adverse conditions of trench warfare during World War I. It is operated by a system of short recoil, the barrel unlocking from the slide by rotation. Although the magazine is situated in the grip, it is integral with the weapon and is loaded from above using eight-round stripper clips. To load, the slide is pulled back to expose the action, the clip is inserted along the guides and the rounds pushed into the magazine. The metal strip is then discarded. As with the majority of pistols with integral magazines, a lever can be used to disengage the magazine catch in order to eject the magazine load. This Steyr M1912 was made in 1916 and features standard Austrian military slide makings "STEYR" and the date (1916), "n" inspector's mark with Habsburg eagle and a two-digit date (16) on the frame recess immediately above the trigger-guard and 'K' (Kontroll) inspection stamps throughout. Other features include a 5" barrel with 4-grooved rifling, original checkered walnut grips, lanyard ring and 8-round charger-loaded internal box magazine (comes with 2 stripper clips). This gun is a local (Quincy, IL) WWII GI "Bring-Back" and sells with brown leather shoulder holster marked "78" "309 INF" "SCOTLAND, ENGLAND, FRANCE, BELGIUM, HOLLAND, GERMANY". Although many M12's were used in WWII by Germany and other Axis Forces, and many were converted to 9mm Luger caliber, this gun still retains the original 9x23mm Steyr chambering. This gun is in all original condition with a sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1915 British Parker-Hale, Enfield No.2 MKIV Training Rifle, 22 LR Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - AM834

Lot # 68

The Lee–Enfield is a bolt-action, magazine-fed repeating rifle that served as the main firearm of the military forces of the British Empire and Commonwealth during the fi...morerst half of the 20th century, and was the British Army's standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957. A small number of Lee–Enfield rifles were converted to .22 caliber training rifles, in order to teach cadets and new recruits the various aspects of shooting, firearms safety, and marksmanship. Initially, rifles were converted from obsolete Magazine Lee–Metford and Magazine Lee–Enfield rifles but from the First World War onwards SMLE rifles were used instead. These were known as .22 Pattern 1914 Short Rifles during The First World War and Rifle, No. 2 Mk. IV from 1921 onwards. They were generally single-shot affairs, originally using Morris tubes chambered for cheap .22L cartridge and some larger types, circa 1907. Some were later modified with special adaptors to enable magazine loading. In 1914, Enfield produced complete .22 barrels and bolts specifically for converting .303 units, and these soon became the most common conversion. No. 2 Mk. IV rifles are externally identical to a .303 caliber SMLE Mk III* rifle, the only difference being the .22 caliber barrel, empty magazine case, bolthead and extractor which have been modified to fire .22 caliber rimfire cartridges. This .22 Pattern 1914 Short Rifle features a Parker-Hale 25.25" barrel, empty magazine case, flip-up adjustable rear battle sight with ears, front post sight with ears, brass buttplate with rod compartment, sling rings and bayonet lug. This gun is in good condition with light wear, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore and is in excellent working order.

Circa 1990 Daisy's Power Line Model 777 Target Air Pistol (W/ Box) - NO FFL NEEDED

Lot # 71

Daisy's Power Line Model 777 target air pistol is designed specifically for Competition Match Shooting, manufactured from 1990 – 1997. Like all top-flight target air gun...mores the Model 777 is chambered in .177 (4.5mm) caliber and sports a Lother Walther precision rifled barrel. It's cocked by a single stroke of the side level that runs full length along the left side of the pistol. This stroke charges a small chamber within the pistol with compressed air that's used to propel the pellet at 360 feet per second. The 777 isn't a gun that can be pumped a multitude of strokes to increase the pressure. A single stroke is all it takes, and in fact that's all that works. If you attempt to pump the lever more than once you will just be uncocking the pistol. The front sight is a one-piece ramped non-adjustable blade, while the rear is not only adjustable for both windage and elevation, but a third adjustment varies the width of the rear sight's aperture. The trigger pull is also adjustable from approximately one to three pounds. Adding to its credentials as a "professional" target gun are the anatomical wooden grips that come fitted to it. Aiding both the competitive and non-match shooter alike is the baked non-reflective matte finish that covers both the non-ferrous frame and rifled steel barrel. This black finish completely eliminates light reflections that might interfere with the shooter's sight picture. This gun is in same-as-new condition and comes in original box with custom checkered grips, all original paperwork, cleaning rod and pellets. NO FFL OR PAPERWORK IS NEEDED.

1997 Remington, 700 BDL Engraved Stainless Synthetic, 243 Win. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - T6228444

Lot # 70

This Model 700 BDL 243 Win. Short-Action was made in 1997 and features a black checkered synthetic Monte Carlo stock, stainless barrel/ receiver/ trigger guard/ magazine with matte finish, laser engraved receiver, 24" barrel with crowned muzzle, detachable box magazine, sling studs, 4+1 capacity and sells complete with Tasco 4-16x40 scope. 1917 British London Arms Enfield , No.1 MKIII - 1931 RFI 410 Ga., Bolt-Action, SN - 73022

Lot # 72

The Lee–Enfield is a bolt-action, magazine-fed repeating rifle that served as the main firearm of the military forces of the British Empire and Commonwealth during the fi...morerst half of the 20th century, and was the British Army's standard rifle from its official adoption in 1895 until 1957. This Enfield No.1 MKII was made at the London Small Arms Co. (LSA) in 1917 and was originally chambered for the standard 303 British caliber. In 1931 this rifle was converted to a single-shot 410 gauge by RFI India. Conversions of these rifles to smoothbore guns was carried out in several locations, at various times, for varying reasons. RFI, in India, converted a large number of MkIII rifles to single shot muskets, chambered for the .410 Indian Musket cartridge. These conversions were for issue to police and prison guards, to provide a firearm with a much-reduced power and range in comparison to the .303 cartridge. The essentials of the conversion consisted of boring out the barrel and reaming its chamber to accept the .410 shotgun shell. The magazine was removed and the magazine well fitted with a wooden plug, this acted as a filler and loading platform for the single shell. The Indian conversions were originally chambered for the .410 Indian Musket cartridge, which is based on the .303 British cartridge, and will not chamber the common .410 shotgun cartridge. This 1931 RFI Enfield 410 gauge conversion gun features original British proof stamps and cartouche stock stamps throughout. Other features include a 25.25" barrel, flip-up adjustable rear battle sight with ears, front post sight with ears, brass buttplate with rod compartment, sling rings and bayonet lug. This gun is in good condition with light wear, has a clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1920 Remington, Model 12, 22 S L LR Cal., Pump, SN - 347487

Lot # 74

The Remington Model 12 is a slide-action, solid-breech, hammerless, takedown, side-ejection rifle designed by J. D. Pederson in 1909 and was produced through 1936. At the...more time of the Model 12's conception, Remington was trying to compete with Winchester as the leader in the 22 rifle market. Unlike the Winchester pump-action .22s, Pedersen's rifle was a hammerless design with a safety button located at the rear of the trigger guard, and the rear of the receiver tang was drilled and tapped for mounting an aperture sight. It also differed from the Winchester in that it had a solid-top receiver, and cartridge ejection was via a port on the right side of the receiver. These features not only gave it a slim, streamlined appearance, but they sealed the action against dirt, debris, and moisture far better than the competition's rifles. This Remington Model 12 was made in 1920 and features a smooth walnut stock with ribbed forearm, 22" barrel, adjustable elevator v-notch rear sight, dovetail front sight with brass pin and take-down screw on the left side of the receiver. This gun is in good condition on an early refurbish, has a sharp bore with some pitting and is in good working order.

Ruger, MKIII Target Hunter, 22 LR Cal., Semi-Auto (W/ Grips & Magazines), SN - 273-63155

Lot # 75

The Ruger Mark III is the third generation of Ruger's oldest line of pistols that effectively built the Ruger name. The Mark III can trace its basic design all the way ba...moreck to the Ruger Standard (designed in the 1950's) although various mechanisms and materials have been incorporated into the design of the Mark III. Major changes were made to the location of the magazine release and safety activation mechanisms to make the Mark III more usable to a wider group of customers. The magazine release was moved to behind the trigger guard to make it more accessible, while there was also a newly developed system to prevent the Mark III from being fired without the magazine being inserted. The various safety mechanisms have been improved with the addition of an internal lock, which can be used to lock the Mark III safe when a key is used. The Mark III was also fitted with a new loaded chamber indicator, designed to let the shooter know if a round has been chambered and hence mean that the Mark III would be ready to fire. This was also combined with a smooth contour ejection port, designed to ease the ejection of spent rounds as there was less chance of the cartridge cases from potentially being deflected back into the chamber, causing a jam. The Mark III Hunter is an upgraded variation of the Mark III Target that is a slightly more tuned and is fitted with fiber optic sights and a fluted 6.9" stainless barrel. The Hunter also features specifically shaped target grips. This Mark III Hunter features an all polished stainless construction and comes with (2) sets of target grips and (3) 10-round magazines. This gun is in same-as-new condition with a sharp/ clean bore and is in perfect working order.

1944 WWII Russian Izsevsk, 91/30 PU Sniper, 7.62×54R Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - M9130501163

Lot # 76

This numbers matching gun was made at the Izsevsk Factory in 1944 and sports a post-war mounted PU scope with brown leather lens cover. Features include a 29" barrel, adjustable flip-up v-notch rear sight, hooded front post sight, green canvas sling, cleaning rod and 5-round stripper clip fed internal box magazine. This gun is in good condition with light wear, has a sharp/ clean bore and is in excellent working order.

Ruger, New Model Single-Six Stainless, 22LR & 22 Mag. Cal., Revolver, SN - 265-09328

Lot # 77

The Ruger Single-Six is a single-action six-shot 22 rimfire revolver first released in June 1953. Prior to 1973, the Single-Six was produced without the transfer bar mech...moreanism, making it less safe to carry with all six chambers loaded, and with the hammer resting on a loaded chamber. In 1973 Ruger updated all of their single-action revolvers with a transfer bar, the transfer bar safety allows the revolver to fire only when the trigger has been pulled. This updated model was called the "New Model" Single-six. This New Model Single-Six features a polished stainless construction, smooth walnut grips with oiled finish and silver Ruger Logo inlay, 6.5" barrel, adjustable rear target sights and comes with 22LR & 22 magnum cylinders. This was also combined with a smooth contour ejection port, designed to ease the ejection of spent rounds as there was less chance of the cartridge cases from potentially being deflected back into the chamber, causing a jam. The Mark III 22/45 Target was designed to feel like the famous 1911 .45 service pistol. The Ruger Mark III 22/45 Target Pistol is meant for target shooting, though it serves equally well for informal plinking, and small game hunting. The 5.5" bull barrel balances the pistol well for a steady hold on small targets, and the synthetic frame with checkered grip panels provide a comfortable, non-slip grip. It also features a partridge-style, fiber-optic target front sight, fully adjustable target rear sight and a light crisp trigger pull that allows shooters to obtain excellent accuracy. The Ruger 22/45 has its magazine release mounted on the left side of the frame just behind the trigger, and the slide-stop/thumb safety is located in virtually the same location as on the Model 1911. The Ruger Mark III 22/45 Target Pistol is an extremely reliable firearm for formal target shooting, as well as spending a sunny afternoon plinking with friends and family. This gun sports a picatinny rail with mounted Bushnell red-dot adjustable sight and sells with (3) 10-round magazines. This gun is in nice condition throughout, with a sharp/ clean bore and is in excellent working order.

1996 Ruger, M77 Mark II, LEFT HANDED, 30-06 Sprg. Cal., Bolt-Action, SN - 783-98561

Lot # 90

The Ruger M77 Mark II was designed in 1991 as the successor to the original M77, having been almost completely redesigned and retooled. The major changes to the M77 that ...morewere made to create the M77 Mark II were to the safety, trigger and bolt. The original two-tang safety was replaced by a three-position mechanism which allows the chamber to be loaded and unloaded while the bolt can move (as well as locking it in position to prevent it moving all together). The original trigger has also been replaced, with a two-stage trigger designed to remove large amounts of movement and weight in the trigger to make firing easier. However, a significant number of design elements from the original design have remained. The Mauser-style extractor system (which had originated on the Mauser 98) was slightly modified for a better ejection performance but remains virtually identical to the original. Likewise, the integral scope mounts, cut into the rear of the receiver, remain as does the one-piece stainless steel bolt handle. This one-owner LEFT HANDED M77 Mark II was purchased new in 1996 and features a checkered walnut stock with oiled finish, 22" barrel with high luster bluing, stainless bolt, black knob cap with white Ruger logo inlay, black rubber recoil pad, sling studs and sells complete with Burris 4.5x-14x scope.
