Payment Instructions: PLEASE READ - FEES FOR THIS AUCTION - 20% Buyers Premium - $15.00 FFL Processing Fee ($15 Will Be Added To Each Gun Purchase, This Goes To Our In-House FFL For Processing Each Gun In And Out Of Their Books - Shipping Cost - We will try to keep shipping charges as low as possible but each successful buyer will be charged the price of shipping, via UPS or USPS unless otherwise instructed. - $10 handling charge for time and shipping material. Each successful buyer will be emailed a preliminary invoice directly following the conclusion of the auction. This Invoice will NOT include the $15.00 per gun paperwork fee or shipping cost. The credit card that is already on file with ProxiBid will be charged the preliminary invoice amount PLUS the $15 per gun paperwork fee, this will be done on Tues, January 7, 2020, which should give every successful buyer plenty of time to let us know if they would like to use ANOTHER form of payment. Please email us at auction@willsullivanauction.com A SEPARATE shipping cost will be charged to the same credit card once items have been boxed and weighed. We ship all items via UPS unless otherwise instructed. Please note that the shipping process could take a COUPLE WEEKS and we will not start the boxing/ weighing process until Weds, January 8, 2020. We will start with guns that we have already received an FFL copy for. So, be sure to have your dealer email us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com within a week of the auction, if you would like your gun(s) shipped in a timely matter. If you would NOT like us to charge the credit card that you have on file and would like to pay by another means or if you would like to put a rush on shipping, we will try to accommodate you - PLEASE EMAIL US at auction@willsullivanauction.com

Shipping Instructions: ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF AGE - Even Black Powders - That is an Illinois Law that we must abide by, no exceptions. SHIPPING COST EXAMPLE- An average long gun box, is 8" X 4" X 48" and will hold 2 standard sized rifles or shotguns (without scopes) along with the proper bubble wrap and packing. It will weigh around 20lbs and will cost around $45 to ship, plus our $10 handling fee for a total of $55. Or one gun will weigh around 10lbs or less and would cost around $25 plus $10 handling. Handguns are usually under $30 to ship but it all depends on the weight of the box and how much the Declared Value is. The more expensive the gun = the more insurance needed = the higher shipping cost. If you purchase a firearm of any kind it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to have an FFL dealer send us a copy of their FFL to auction@willsullivanauction.com. Please make sure that your FFL includes your name somewhere in the email. ALL GUNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO AN FFL REGARDLESS OF OF AGE OR CALIBER. Illinois Gun Laws Apply. PLEASE NOT - WE WILL BE MOVING AT A VERY FAST PACE ON SALEDAY, POTENTIAL ONLINE BUYERS COULD MISS OUT BY TRYING TO BID LIVE, SO PLEASE LEAVE PRE-BIDS OR BE PREPARED TO BID FAST - We have taken lots of photos of each item so that all online bidders can be their own judge on identification, authenticity and condition. We have also described each item to the best of our knowledge but once again take advantage of all of the photos and be your own judge. We have tried to find a manufacture date for most older guns but the dating process is not always an exact science and sometimes it is simply an educated guess based on related serial numbers, date stamps or factory records with general dates. THERE IS Absolutely NO RETURNS. ALSO NOTE - There is a 20% Buyers Premium, a $15 per gun paperwork fee, UPS shipping costs and $10 handling for each package. PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THESE FEES BEFORE BIDDING. Will Sullivan Auction Co.. terms and conditions. Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms that follow, if bidding online. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid.
