All internet bidders agree to pay 15% of the hammer price for each lot/item they purchase. The property will be open public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition of the item they may be bidding on. Janzen Auctioneer's will attempt to describe the item through print ad, internet, and the day of auction to the best of there knowledge, but it is the responsibility of the bidder to determine that factor. Janzen Auctioneer's in no event will be held responsible for implied or having made any warranty of said merchandise. The best way to view items being sold is on sight, so bidders bidding off sight understand they may not be able to inspect items as well as seeing them in person. Janzen Auctioneer's will do the best to describe each item to the best of there knowledge. Janzen Auctioneer's will not be responsible for any error's or omissions in the description of items, with bidder agreeing everything is sold "AS IS" "Where Is". Janzen Auctioneer's provides internet bidding to a service to the buyer providing both internet and live bidding, and bidder understands that internet bidding may or may not faction correctly there day of auction, with no claim being directed towards Janzen Auctioneer's if this function does not work correctly on the day of the sale. Proxi internet bidders who want to make certain there bid isn't missed should leave a max bid 48 hrs prior to auction day. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Bidders agree to provide any identification that Janzen Auctioneer's may require including but not limiting driver’s license S.S. #, photo copies of credit cards or passport. If there are any questions of merchandise please contact us well in advance of the live auction. Buyers must comply with there local state laws regarding items being sold as Janzen Auctioneer's do not know the entire individual local and state laws. Due to gun laws Janzen Auctioneers will not sell or ship to international bidders including Canada. All FFL's should be faxed to Janzen Auctioneer’s (218) 927-1818 please include your paddle number with it.
