Bidders who 'pre-bid' on items acknowledge that the auction catalog may be updated with more information as well as announcements made during the live auction that they are still responsible for. Bidders should call Witcher Auctions to verify the condition of any given item before placing pre-bids. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Witcher Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Witcher Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Witcher Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Witcher Auctions is NOT responsible for deterioration of any item left on our yard. Once an item is declared sold, it is the buyer's sole responsibility. Buyers agree that the venue for any litigation is strictly limited to Cross County, AR. TITLES: Unless specifically stated in auction catalog or by Auctioneer, Witcher Auctions in no way guarantees a Title for any Vehicle, Trailer, ATV, etc. If you are unsure about the Title status of an item, please inquire before bidding. ITEM REMOVAL: Loadout will be available on sale day until 5pm, then Wednesday - Friday, 1/27-1/29. Loadout will be by appointment only after Friday, 1/29/21. All purchases must be removed by Friday, February 5. After this date, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed. Items not removed within 60 days will be declared abandoned and no refund will be given to buyer. TAXES/FEES: MS sales tax applies. *Mississippi sales tax applies. Any farmers with a notarized MS farm use affidavit present at checkout will be charged a reduced sales tax rate of 1.5%.* Out of state buyers who provide a bill of lading by 5pm on Feb 12, for items shipped out of state via a 3rd party carrier, will be refunded any collected sales tax. All other buyers must pay 7% sales tax. 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 2% on the balance of each item. 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases. Internet buyers will pay a 2.5% buyer's premium in addition to onsite buyers premium. Max internet premium of $750 per item. A $25 Title fee will be charged to the buyer of any titled vehicles.
