Lot # 0 (Sale Order: 1 of 28)
Terms of sale
All titles will be sent out two weeks after the date of the auction.
inspection will be august 10th 9am until 4pm
10% buyer's premium
3% credit card transactions fee
No card transaction accepted over $2,500
If lots are not paid for in 3 business days they will be relisted in the next auction.
If lots are paid for and not picked up or have made prior arrangements for pick up they will be relisted and sold in next auction and the monies will be sent with the difference of what they go for.
Payment in full must be made WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION in the form of Cash, Wire transfer, Cashier?s check or a Company check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. If items are not paid for it is at the auction companies sole discretion to either sell to back up bidder or relist the items.
All purchases must be removed from the premises TWO (2) WEEKS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE. If items are paid for and left after 2 weeks there will be a $100 per day storage charge plus any costs associated with moving or working around said items.
Bidders are to be personally liable for any bids made with their bidding number.
The highest bidder for each lot shall be the purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such disputes or to re-offer the lot for re-sale.
The auctioneer, Your Equipment Source, and Proxibid accept no liability for loss or damage however arising from any lots not presented for sale.
The auctioneer, Your Equipment Source, and Proxibid have described the lot(s) in the catalog to the best of their ability and belief from information furnished by the vendor(s) who shall be alone responsible for any error or miss-statement, which there may be. The auctioneer, Your Equipment Source, and Proxibid undertake no liability whatever in respect of any faults deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, age, condition, or quality of any lot(s) and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact.
