Merchandise not removed within 5 business days of auction closing will revert to ZRG Medical’s possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. Failure to remove merchandise does not relieve buyer of responsibility of paying for the merchandise - no refunds will be given. Buyer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless ZRG Medical from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale, buyer’s removal, or your or any other person’s use or operation of the purchased items.
