All of our auctions will extend an additional two minutes each time there is bidding activity within the last two minutes of the auction closing and will continue to extend two minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last two minutes of the current close time. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient packaging, tools and labor. Out of area or out of state buyers: An item will be considered abandoned if the buyer is contacted by Rogers Auctioneer Staff or a message is left and buyer does not respond to us with payment/pickup information within 24 hours. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
