All items are sold as is where is. Most items in this sale were used regularly before the owner decided to liquidate. But we do not guarantee working condition. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or returns. Pickup time is Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9 am to Noon. Please come on time! We must leave at noon for other appointments. Do not come at noon, as we will be closing at noon. Please bring loading help and packing supplies. I have back issues and Gretchen is pregnant, so don't expect us to help you load! Bring helpers! WE WILL SEND ADDRESS OF THIS HOME TO WINNING BIDDERS AFTER THE SALE.
