There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Large J Brown Pottery Churn With Lid and Dasher

Check the artist info on internet. #4 on churn, top rim has been repaired(see pics). Marked on bottom-J Brown Pottery Hamilton, AL. Lid is marked with an X and the number 3, not sure if it is the original. Size is 15.5"H x 7.5"W, dasher is homemade, local pick-up only!

Size is 20'x10' nylon tent. Includes stakes, color coded poles, rain fly. Unrolled it to make sure floor and rain fly were in bag. Seems to be in good shape, looks to have all parts.
