All of our auctions will extend an additional two minutes each time there is bidding activity within the last two minutes of the auction closing and will continue to extend two minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last two minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults and with no warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. All items may be picked up once Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. does not provide labor, equipment, tools or supplies needed to package or remove purchases. Please bring sufficient packaging, tools and labor. Purchaser is responsible for proper disconnection of any/all appliances. Out of area or out of state buyers: An item will be considered abandoned if the buyer is contacted by Rogers Auctioneer Staff or a message is left and buyer does not respond to us with payment/pickup information within 24 hours. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling. If no payment has been made within the 24 hour period the total invoice charges will be automatically be charged to the credit card on file. I AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM ROGERS AUCTIONEERS, INC. Damages: Any damages caused by a purchaser or other party during the inspection period or during the removal period must be made good by the purchaser or party causing the damages.
