Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. High Plains Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. High Plains Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. High Plains Auctioneers is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against High Plains Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. High Plains Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. High Plains Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. A credit card is required upon registration for verification purposes only.

Accepted method of payment for this auction is wire transfer. Bidder will be notified of wiring instructions after the auction has ended. All payments must be received within one business day following the auction. 6.25% sales tax applies unless for farm use or you hold a valid resale number. Personal or Company Checks will be accepted from on-site bidders if accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank, unless you have established recent satisfactory financial status with the auction company. This Letter of Guarantee must include the following: (Your Bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to (a specified amount) for purchases made at this auction? All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. No items shall be removed until settled for. Immediate possession will take place upon proper settlement. Neither the seller or auction company are responsible for accidents, theft of items after bid-off. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any other advertising. All items are Sold As Is and all guarantees, if any, are between Buyer and Seller. High Plains Auctioneers are agents representing the Seller.
