Hampton House Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Hampton House Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Hampton House Auctions is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hampton House Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed auction. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. HOLDING OF NON-PICKED UP MERCHANDISE AT CLOSE OF SCHEDULED PICKUP Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of items not picked up during the scheduled date and time. Items not picked up on the scheduled date and time will be held by Hampton House for upto one week (7) days with a holding fee of $5.00 for smalls (depending on how many lots, $10 for large orders) & $10.00 PER PIECE on Furniture or large items (equipment, etc). AFTER 1 WEEK Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to either ship your merchandise to you and charge your card on file OR charge an additional storage fee $3.00 per day. After 14 days (2 WEEKS), the buyer forfeits merchandise and items will be re-auctioned with no refund to bidder all moneys charged will be applied to storage and handling. Not picking up at auction site implies: 1-You agree to a holding fees for later pick up and/or shipping terms & conditions. 2-You understand if items are not picked up within two weeks 14 days, you will forfeit any money paid for such items and they will be resold to cover storage cost. SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS Hampton House Auctions will charge a handling fee for packing and transporting merchandise, materials used to pack items and actual cost of shipment including Insurance & Tracking. ALLOW FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT, 3/4 WEEKS FOR LARGE ORDERS WITH ALOT OF GLASS ITEMS. Handling fee will range between $5-$10 depending on size of packing job. Packing material is a separate charge not included in handling. Most items will be shipped by USPS. Example, Parcel Post, First Class, Media, Priority or Flat Rate Packaging. All packages are insurance with tracking. Hampton House reserves the right to have your order shipped by UPS or FedX depending on size & contents. All merchandise will be shipped by the least expensive means as possible in order to get you order to you safely. SHIPPING COST WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO ACTUAL SHIPMENT.
