Payment Instructions: All online purchases with unpaid balances will be charged to the credit card on file with the Proxibid APN system immediately following the local pick up sessions. If you pick up locally, payment is required at time of pick up. Local Pick Up is available at specified pick up date(s) and times only. If you wish to pick your items up you must notify Baileys Honor (following receipt of your auction invoice email) as all items are picked up by the shipper within 48 hours of the close of the Auction. 3% Cash discount at local pickup (cash only - not checks). Approximately 1 hour following the close of the last item in the auction, you will receive and email with attached invoice from Baileys Honor. Your invoice will include your purchases, plus buyers premiums, and any taxes (if you are a Wisconsin resident) Wisconsin residents will pay sales tax of 5.1% if you do not have a WI resale number on file with Baileys Honor. Out of state pick ups are required to pay Wisconsin sales tax unless you have a resale number on file also. Items being shipped are picked up but not released for shipping until payment has been processed. Shipper receives approval from Baileys Honor prior to shipping. Shipping is a separate transaction between buyer and shipper. We utilize UPS store. We do not share credit card information! It is something you need to do directly with them for security purposes. Please take care of your shipping within 48 hours. Your invoice will include contact information for the shipper. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. All non-paying buyers are reported to Proxibid and blocked for future auction transactions.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Bidding on any item, whether in person, by phone, by absentee bid or via an internet auction indicates the bidder's agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Bidders. Any right of bidder under this agreement shall not be assignable and shall only be enforceable by the original buyer. The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. All bidders submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Wisconsin. Should a dispute arise between Baileys Honor Auction Estate Service and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid to them at the address they provided to register. TERMS OF SALE. All Property is sold AS IS WHERE IS and ALL SALES FINAL. Please ask all questions before bidding. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid, since all sales are final. We will be happy to answer any questions to allow for a positive auction sale. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The highest bidder for each lot acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the 'buyer'. BUYER'S FEE. Buyers shall pay the final bid price of the lot, plus a buyer's fee for the lot equal to 18% of the final bid price for sales conducted via Proxibid. There is no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the boundaries of Wisconsin. If you live in Wisconsin sales tax will apply unless you have a resale number on file with Baileys Honor Auctions PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS or it is the sale of tax exempt property. If Sales tax applies, it includes the entire transaction including the buyer fee. SHIPPING: It is the buyers responsibility to work with the shipper to provide payment, address, and shipping instructions within a timely period. Items left at the shipper more than 30 days are returned to auction house and forfeited by the buyer with no refund. SALES TAX. Buyers are required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS.. All sales are final, with no returns or refunds. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Bailey's Honor Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Bailey's Honor Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the items itself, Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Please ask all questions before auction and if you are unsure we ask that you not bid. Baileys Honor Auctions is not responsible for any failure to execute a bid due to interruption of internet line service, premature closing of items, or human error. Successful bidders will be added to future auction email notifications, and receive emails about upcoming auctions. You'll receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Baileys Honor within 60 minutes of close of auction. This email will include information / instructions for pickup / shipping.
18% buyers premium added to final bid price.
There is 5.1% sales tax for Wisconsin residents (or picking up from out of state).
We accept cash (pick up only), local check with photo ID (pick up only), Online - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
All unpaid buyer invoices will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file with the Proxibid APN system following local pick up session(s).

Shipping for this auction is assumed unless you notify us that you will be picking up your items. Items are delivered to shipper next day, so notification is required prior.
Shipping is done via our local UPS Store

PICK UP / SHIPPING:

Local Pick Up is available at:
94 Water Street in Rockdale, WI
Session 1: Thur, April 7th, from 2:30 to 7:00 pm.
Session 2: Fri, April 8th, from 10:00 to 2:00 pm.

Pick Up is combined for both auctions - come to either pick up for items from both days days.

Items MUST BE paid for and removed on the scheduled pick up times.

Notification of pick up is required (following the auction / receipt of your invoice) so that your items are sorted for pickup. Replying to the invoice receipt is the easiest, or you may call 262-569-8687 or email info@baileyshonor.com.

Shipping is also available at buyer expense via the UPS Store. This is a separate transaction arranged and paid for with The UPS Store.
