Hotel Troy building was listed in the "National Register of Historic Places" in 2006.

Hotel Troy is a historic commercial building built in 1908-1909. The Classical Revival architecture is s seven bay by eight bay brick structure. The front facade features cast iron pilasters and columns with foliated capitals and cornices. Constructed for multi-purpose use the building has been a sanitorium, hotel and rooming house. The hotel closed in 1970 and has since been utilized for commercial purposes.
