1805 Draped Bust Half Cent
1805 Draped Bust Half Cent - Philadelphia mint, 100% Copper, designed by Robert Scot, medium "5" in the date & stemless on the reverse - first introduced in 1796 on the large cent. In 1800 the design was adopted for the half cent. These coins were struck with the Draped Bust design until 1808. However, no specimens were struck in 1801. One interesting variety was created in 1804 when a foreign object damaged obverse die right near Lady Liberty's chin. Since each individual die was carved by hand, there are many different and interesting varieties in almost every year the coin was produced. Unlike earlier dated half cents, most coins are most readily available in any grade desired due to several hoards of half cents being discovered over the years. Information on the Project & the Provo Church of Christ
Since 1999 the Providenciales (Provo) Church of Christ has met in schools and rented one room buildings. Our most recent trip in July of 2014, we visited Providenciales with a goal to encourage the church and to seek out a building for the church to have a permanent home. During this trip a Vacation Bible School was completed with attendance for the two days of children fifty and eighty respectively. Also, we were able to combine service of both English and French Creole. While on the islands a wonderful find was discovered right on the beach. Just across from the High School in Providenciales and across the street from the current rented facility for the congregation. The piece of property was planned to be a restaurant with three buildings and a large parking lot already constructed but had been abandoned a few years ago. Thru several months of negotiating and diligence, the property has been attained. A portion has been paid from a fund that was started from the trip in 2000. Mable Dunn and her family saw the desire to help this congregation and to secure a building for the church on Provo. Work remains to complete the buildings and pay for the rest of the debt. In June 2015 a group traveled to Provo in hopes to finish the building. With help from the Provo church members, the decks were completed, the classroom building was secured and ready for use, and the main building was completed with the exception of doors, electricity and water. Since the trip in June 2015 the church at Provo has been able to complete the doors, electricity and water as well as supply new furnishing for the auditorium. On April 3, 2016 the Provo church of Christ met in their new building with an attendance over 100!

Fishing Trip w/Charlie Ingram on Kentucky Lake, Co-host on Outdoor Channel's "Fishing University"
Activity: Fishing
Fishing Trip with Charlie Ingram on Kentucky Lake, Professional Fisherman featured co-host on the Outdoor channel's show "Fishing University" (date to be discussed and determined between the high bidder and Mr. Ingram after the auction closes). Mr. Ingram appears as one of the hosts on the Outdoor Channel's show "Fishing University", America's original "How To" fishing program. With over 40 years experience as a professional angler, Charlie Ingram is a fixture in every bass tournament trail in America. Charlie Ingram is one of the only bass pros to have ever taken a President out fishing. As a matter of fact, both Presidents George Bush fished with Ingram as secret service agents follow their every move in boats of their own! During the outing which was being filmed for his TV show, "Fishing University", he caught the largest bass he ever caught, weighing in at 12 pounds! "I didn't mean to show up the President--- it just happened!", Ingram concluded. In the history of BASS, only 11 pros have posted back-to-back victories --Bill Dance, Roland Martin, Charlie Ingram, John Powell, Gary Klein, Jim Bitter, Mike McClelland, Denny Brauer, Shaw Grigsby, Dean Rojas and Davy Hite. Charlie has posted four BASS wins, three FLW championships, and has fished in eight BASSMASTER Classics. He is a professional speaker featured at workshops, seminars, hunting and fishing events and has appeared in major publications including FLW Outdoors, Outdoor Life, BASS, North American Fisherman, Bassmaster, Fishing Facts, and Bassin'. He was inducted into the "Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame" in 2010 and serves on the Board of Directors for the PAA. Fishing University begins its 30th year in 2016, airing to a national audience on the Outdoor Channel, America's Leader in Outdoor TV. As America’s original “teaching show”, each week they provide instructional, in-depth coverage on the whys and how-tos of each activity. They tell what specific equipment to use and show the viewers how to use it. The goal is to teach viewers how to catch more fish on their home lake and to help sponsors sell more product.
