Staggered Load Out:
The auction checkout will be conducted in a staggered, by appointment, format. Items will be loaded on July 14th, 15th, 18th, and 19th. We will not load out on July 13th. Large equipment that requires riggers will load out on July 20th, 21st, and 22nd. On July 13th you will be contacted with a block appointment pick up time to expedite load out. We're trying to be respectful of the buyer's time. Scheduling for this is based on the building layout and will be determined by the auction company. Please wait for us to contact you. Buyers who call the office requesting a special time will simply be told to wait until they are contacted. We will be contacting every buyer.
Forklift/Loading:
Buyers will be responsible to dissemble items that require disassembly. We will load. Fahey Sales will have forklifts and a skid loader on site. An employee will operate the loaders as needed and at no charge to the buyer. Some items require rigging. Items that require rigging (noted in catalog) will not be loaded by the auction staff.
Load out:
Bring help. Bring help. BRING HELP!!!! The auction staff will direct you to your items for you and your helper(s) to disassemble and move. A staff person will operate the freight elevator. Under no circumstances is any bidder permitted to operate or board the freight elevator. This is a 4 story building, buyer's and helpers will need to use the staircase to go upstairs and downstairs.

The buyer is responsible to remove their entire purchase. Disassembly is required for many items and the buyer is responsible for bringing the necessary tools and help. Bring help.
