TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Payment is by Visa or MasterCard on line only (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) Vehicles must be paid in cash or cashiers checks. No credit cards on vehicle sales. There is a 16% Buyers Premium on all items with the exception on vehicles. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on titled vehicles. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. ALL descriptions are to the best of our knowledge. All jewelry stone sizes are approximate and not guaranteed in any way by the auction company. Any guns are subject to a background check and all Florida licensing requirements will be followed. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Local online buyers can pick up their items at the Pawn Shop the day of the auction. If Ewald Auctions helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. Arrangements for shipping must be made the day of auction. NO EXCEPTIONS! All firearm purchases will require background checks & paperwork. On-line purchases can only be shipped to a gun dealer at the buyer’s expense. You will need to provide information and pay for all shipping costs. Removal of firearms subject to state law requirements. Pickup of firearms after 3 day wait will be on Thursday 8/4/16 from Noon – 4 pm ONLY. If you cannot make this time, DO NOT BID. If you will not pass the background check, DO NOT BID. If you buy a long gun or have a concealed weapons permit, you may take the firearm today, following a successful background check. Removal of all items on day of auction, except firearms as discussed. Inspections one (1) hour prior to auction. Auction conducted on site, rain or shine. Announcements made at the auction take precedence over printed matter.
