Machine Use and Description as quoted from the MONOMATIC manual -
""MONOMATIC is a single-block machine which automatically fills, corks, caps and labels round glass bottles with diameter from 50 to 85 mm. and height from 180 to 350 mm.
The machine works by steps and moves on automatically after having completed each operation. There are 8 terminals, including those for loading and unloading, all of which are managed by the PLC. The machine is programmed through a TOUCH SCREEN where various fields of data can be visualized. Among others, these include actual hourly production and production quantities. Any of the terminals can be deactivated through the easy video controls.
All adjustments are extremely simply and can be made without keys or other tools.
Filling can be carried out by creating a vacuum in the bottle (there is a VACUUM and a MONO screw pump) or by gravity method with forced recover (one tank and 2 MONO screw pumps).
Vacuum system is usually recommended for olive oil or dense liquids, gravity system is used for wine. MONOMATIC is extremely versatile and can be fitted with various types of CORKER: for smooth corks both with attachment for pre-corking vacuum in the bottle and attachment for injecting gas (Nitrogen).Once the corking process is complete the machine starts the capping process that can be done using heat-sealing caps or aluminum caps; following this the caps either pass through an oven or they go through rollers, depending which type of cap has been used, this operation is carried out before the final labeling process of the bottle.
The machine can be equipped with several kind of labeller, the standard one apply front/back labels from the same roll or only one label.
The machine is also foreseen to be fitted with a special labeling station to apply the DOCG NECK LABEL and there is also the possibility to print on the label the lot number using a small printer .
The labeller is equipped with self label reading device; the small printer is ink, either cold or hot. It also available a conveyer belt or a support table that can be put on bottle inlet/outlet."
