PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer and check or cash. Credit cards will not be accepted as payment for these units. The successful bidder must pay for the unit within 24 hours of the close of bidding. $100 per day storage fee shall apply beginning October 1, 2016.
SALES TAX AND TITLING: MN sales tax and title fees apply to these modular units. A bill of sale and MSO will be provided for each unit to the buyer.
INSPECTION: This unit is available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Fahey Auction Complex, 2910 9th Street East, Glencoe, MN.
REMOVAL: Buyer must schedule a pick up time by calling 320.854.3510. All units must be removed by 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2016. $100 per day storage fee shall apply beginning October 1, 2016.
