PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: BIDDING AND BUYING: Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidding you must pay! We do our best to describe items accurately, to identify faults and to take plentiful photographs - but our descriptions and photography may not always be comprehensive, and descriptions do not represent a guarantee. We encourage potential bidders to call BEFORE bidding with questions about condition. All sales are FINAL and refunds are NOT given. Pickup for this sale will be at the house in Lancaster on Sunday, Aug. 28 from 10 am to 3 pm. Please do not come early as we won't be ready for you. We'll be setting up and getting organized. If you come early you'll have to wait until 10 am. We will email winning bidders with the exact pickup address, but it is in Lancaster, Ohio. For out of town buyers, we will take your items to the UPS store for shipment for the delivery fee quoted in the item description. We charge this fee because the items are on-site at the house and it takes us time, labor and fuel to load these things, take them to the UPS store, and to unload and organize them there. If the lot says "Shipping not available" and you can't pick up or have someone else pick up for you, please do not bid. If you win, we will leave the item behind and you won't get it, but we will still bill you.
