1. BUYERS PREMIUM - A thirteen (13%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful Online bid. A Cash Discount of 3% is offered on purchases if paying with personal check , wire or cash. There are some items (Sale inventory) which will be subject to Iowa State Sales tax, please be aware of these lots when bidding. You will be required to pay the sale tax at close of auction unless you can provide copy of your resale tax ID number. 2. PAYMENT - Payment can be made at the Kramer Auction Office in Prairie du Chien, WI or at Riveland Nursery in Monona IA. Everything must be paid for prior to removal without exception. A $25 fee is charged for all Credit Cards which are DECLINED for items purchased or for shipping fees. Please make sure you have enough credit on your card to pay for purchases prior to bidding! 3. AS IS / WHERE IS - Items in this auction are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee whatsoever. 4. Accuracy of catalog & other descriptions is not guaranteed. Although we do our best to provide good descriptions, no portion of any description is guaranteed. Disputes under this contract - Buyers & Kramer Auction Service agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them resulting from the buyer participating in the auction or any resulting transaction. Any Mediation fees will be borne equally by each party. All mediation , arbitration & court shall be filed and conducted solely within Crawford County, State of Wisconsin and not in any other jurisdiction. 6. If you are the successful bidder, your total price will be the gavel price Plus a Buyers Premium, plus any applicable taxes.
