Bish / El Tigre''; 10-3/4'' overall length, black grips that appear to be made of horn with a blank nickel silver shield, and held in place by six nickel silver pins. Included is a brown leather sheath with sharpening stone. Backside of sheath is marked in pen ''T.L. Bish / Maker/ 1962''. Condition is fine overall with general scattered fine micro-scratching. Grips with a few small impressions. Shield with toning and verdigris present. Sheath with some scuffs and darkening; stitching and seams remain tight. Est.: $200-$400....more

Lot of 2 Military (M49) 20X Spotting Scopes

Lot of Two (2) U.S. Military (M49) 20X Spotting Scopes with Tripods (M15), each with Carrying Cases M164 and M42A1. One early WW II spotting scope as issued to U.S. Army and Marine Corps snipers, one later Korean War-Vietnam-era spotting scope, both issued from 1942 to 2009. Both with very good, clear optics. Objective lens is 55mm, eyepiece is 14 mm. Field of view was 2 degrees, 12 minutes. M15 Tripods which were issued with the scopes are in fine shape and easily adjustable. The M42A1 carrying case was designed to transport the tripod separately from scope. The M164 was a hard case for transporting the scope only. Condition is fine. All items appear as issued, some with added paint, some with scuffs and nicks. All optically fine and useable. Est. $200-$400/lot....more
