Payment Instructions: We will ship all items Priority First Class Mail using the United States Postal Service. We will require that all items shipped to be insured for the total value of the items. All items will be shipped the first business day following the day full payment is received. Shipping charges will include actual cost of shipping plus insurance plus signature confirmation fee of two dollars and thirty-five cents ($2.35) and two dollars ($2.00) for handling. The two dollars for handling will be for a bidder's entire order. You may choose to not insure your purchase or have signature confirmation; but, understand that once the coins leave our facility we are in no way responsible for them. We accept only Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. Unless you have made other arrangements with us, we will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid for your invoice amount no earlier than 4 hours and no later than 24 hours after invoices are e-mailed. Full payment is required prior to delivery of any lot to the buyer. Buyer agrees to not charge back any purchase on a credit card or to stop payment on any check for any reason. All sales are final. There are no refunds, price adjustments, returns, or credit given. Refunds are made ONLY for reason of lack of authenticity (proof required by major independent third party grading company). While we make every effort to provide clear and accurate photographs as well as accurate descriptions, we do not guarantee grades or condition or whether coins have been cleaned or enhanced in any way. We encourage bidders to view lots and/or ask questions about any lot(s) of interest prior to the auction. We are agents of the seller and we have no expertise in grading coin or currency. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. Kansas Sales Tax rates will apply for residents of Kansas or those that take possession of their purchase in the State of Kansas.

Preview Date & Times: Preview will be available Friday April 29th, 4:30pm until auction start. All times are Central Standard Time.
Checkout Date & Times: Checkout will be immediately after the auction if you are onsite. For on-line bidders your credit card on file will be charged, and invoice sent, once your shipping expenses have been figured. Your credit card will be charge for your purchases and

All property is sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. RJ’s Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall RJ’s Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. RJ’s Auction Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. RJ’s Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidders understand and agree that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. RJ’s Auction Service is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against RJ’s Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. RJ’s Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
