Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hampton House Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed auction. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. HOLDING OF NON-PICKED UP MERCHANDISE AT CLOSE OF SCHEDULED PICKUP Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of items not picked up during the scheduled date and time. Items not picked up on the scheduled date and time will be held by Hampton House for up to one week (7) days with a holding fee of $5.00 for smalls (depending on how many lots, $10 for large orders) & $10.00 PER PIECE on Furniture or large items (equipment, etc). AFTER 1 WEEK Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to either ship your merchandise to you and charge your card on file OR charge an additional storage fee $3.00 per day. Not picking up at auction site implies: 1-You agree to a holding fees for later pick up and/or shipping terms & conditions. 2-You understand if items are not picked up within two weeks 14 days, you will forfeit any money paid for such items and they will be resold to cover storage cost. ALLOW FOR UP TO 2/4 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT, 4/6 WEEKS FOR LARGE ORDERS WITH ALOT OF GLASS ITEMS. Handling fee will range between $5-$10 depending on size of packing job. Packing material is a separate charge not included in handling. Most items will be shipped by USPS as Priority or Flat Rate Packaging or FEDEX (whichever is least expensive based on size, weight and distance) ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED, TRACKING, PACKING MATERIALS USED AND HANDLING.
