PAYMENT FOR YOUR ITEMS:

• You'll receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Baileys Honor within 60 minutes of close of auction. This email will include your invoice and instructions for pick up.
• 18% buyers premium added to final bid price.
• There is 5.1% sales tax for Wisconsin residents (or picking up from out of state).
• We accept cash (pick up only), local check with photo ID up to $500 (pick up only), Online - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• All unpaid buyer invoices will be charged to the buyer's credit card on file with the Proxibid APN system FOLLOWING THE SECOND DAY OF PICK UPS.
• Declined credit cards via the APN Network will be charged a $25 processing fee. Please make sure the card you have on file is good and has sufficient funds, or make payment with our alternate payment network at http://baileyshonor.com BEFORE the second pick up session.

THERE IS NO SHIPPING PROVIDED FOR THIS AUCTION. You may arrange your own as long as they pick up, pack, and transport within the pick up windows.

At pick up, there is a 3% discount for paying with cash on the first 2 days of pick up (cash only - does not include checks).

• Items photographed on walls, or ceilings are on the walls or ceilings and require disconnection by you or our onsite rigger - please plan accordingly

• Please Note:
  Items requiring demolition, salvage, disconnection to Gas, Electrical, or Plumbing will require coordination with Rigger, and possible liability waiver and certificate of insurance.
   
• Item(s) that require removal from structure, electrical, plumbing, gas, roof work, etc, may be done by you with liability waiver and certificate of insurance, or RIGGING PROVIDED BY Full Spectrum Construction, LLC. For loading/removal prices, please contact: Jeff at 414-418-5554. Items requiring demolition, salvage, disconnection to Gas, Electrical, or Plumbing will require coordination with Rigger.
   
• ALL RIGGING MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR May 5th-7th. ANY ITEMS LEFT ONSITE BEYOND MAY 7th MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES OR FORFEITURE.
   
• All lots must be removed within the time posted (MAY 3rd - MAY 7th). Removal of all items shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser and in a manner approved by auctioneer. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified, the lot shall be deemed abandoned, and the purchasers card on file will be charged for the item(s), applicable sales tax and buyers fees. Auctioneer may then re-sell or remove item(s) from auction site. Prior to the commencement of any dismantling, rigging or cutting or any operation affecting buildings or land, purchaser shall furnish certificates satisfactory to auctioneer, holding auctioneer harmless from any claims concerning damage or injury to persons or property arising out of any such acts. All equipment used in connection with removal shall itself be removed with the purchased lots. No lots may me removed until all goods purchased are paid for in full.
