We do relay groups of items to them several times during the week following auction. Please contact them with your billing and shipping information on Monday following auction. We do not see your credit card information and do not pass it on to The Packaging Store. Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, Transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!! We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but, items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick it up left items. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We have no desire to re-sell item that someone has bought. Again, we prefer everyone to an enjoyable experience.

Shipping Instructions: All of our on-line only auctions are pick up only. if you are a out of state buyer we can recommend a local pack and ship company that will pick up and and pack and ship your purchases. We do not pack or ship in house and we do not charge for shipping when we invoice winning bidders. You will need to contact shipper they will get your payment information. We may be able to transport to the shipping company. Registering for this auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. All property is sold as-is?, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to public inspection by appointment. Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day that we have arranged as appointment only. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please bring any packaging materials, moving equipment, personnel to assist in loading etc. that you might need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage and re-listing fees. Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in.
