If NICS check is denied by ship-to FFL Miller Guns and Ammo will refund your money, less $200 scale cancellation fee and shipping costs to send back items purchased. If purchase is less than these costs, you will NOT receive a refund, as funds will cover cost associated with cancellation of sale and shipping. If credit card payment is declined for any reason you have until the end of the following day, after auction end, to complete payment or a non paying bidder report will be submitted to Proxibid. Seller is not responsible for any errors due to website malfunctions, internet connection issues, or buyer misunderstanding. Any errors or omissions in description is entirely accidental and no refunds will be applied. All items will be described to the best of our knowledge. All items will have photos to show condition. No warranties offered through Miller Guns and Ammo. Firearms new in the box can be registered through the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
