If payment absolutely cannot be made by the next available Business Day, prior arrangements must be made with the auctioneeer. Terms are Cash, Cashier's check, Money Orders, Personal or Company Checks with valid ID, and Wire Transfers.

Checkout Date & Times: All items must be settled for the day of the sale or the next available Business Day for internet purchases! Auction Company will assist in loading sale day. After that time, buyers will have to make loading arrangements with Wieman Land & Auction.

Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD. 6. Any/all prospective Purchasers will be required to register for a bidder’s number and present proper identification when registering. 7. All purchases MUST be settled for in full on Auction Day or the next available Business Day for internet purchases. 8. ABSOLUTELY NO Equipment will be removed from the Auction Site until Settled for. The new buyer will have to make arrangements for loading with Wieman Land And Auction. 10. Any/all announcements made from the Block on Auction Day will take absolute precedence over any matter of print or any matter of previously printed advertising. 11.
