Payment Instructions: Please contact us if you have any questions, or you are looking for a more discreet or personal cash transaction. Call us for payment help and or instructions 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. We will work with you to the best of our ability to make this go as quickly as possible. We normally invoice within a day or two, and you have around a week (5 business days) to settle with payment. Our Merchant account is with Square. We have Apple Pay and Stripe also.

Shipping Instructions: All Shipping and Handling will be paid by the winning bidder, and may and will vary due to location, weight, and size of the winning bidder's lot. Some items have a handling charge due to their size, condition or packaging - while others do not. However, if you spend more than 10,000.00$ the shipping of all your items is on us, save a small handling fee (unless you are buying one of the large collections then we will work something out with you along the lines of 50/50, or another very fair percentage distribution. If you purchase a media mail item or first class light weight item, and your total is over 500.00 We will also cover your shipping. We use many forms of shipping services depending on the location the item needs to be shipped too, and a few other variables. Usually, our carriers are either USPS, or FEDX, and occasionally UPS although rarely.
Preview Date & Times: This is a Timed auction so bids begin on said date. There will be a thousand items 50% with no reserve. Bidding will continue another week until the timer goes off and the real bidding begins, no reserve style, 500 to a 1000 items!
Checkout Date & Times: We ship within 1-3 business days. Merely call us or email us at venusianlore@gmail.com to set a time for you to come by and pick up and pay for your merchandise. Please do not just show up. Call (818) 570-3133 or (323) 203-2915 for appointment.

Driving Directions: Not necessary unless we have arranged with you to pick up your paid for lots, and or pay in person. This is an online timed auction. It occurs online in a matter of hours once the time designated arrives but up until then anyone accepted in the auction can pre-bid while browsing the catalog.

We do test and inspect all items and try hard, though it may seem impossible, to not allow anything that we wouldn't buy ourselves to be sent out to you. Usually, it's either USPS, or FEDX, Occasionally UPS. We are quite fair when it comes to S & H, and we avoid hidden fees or extra charges on most transactions. Please keep in mind that there is always a state tax and or reseller's tax on items purchased from California, we are in conformity with state and county law. If an item was purchased in Europe there is the occasional VAT.
