Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Local online buyers can pick up their items at the auction location. If Ewald Auctions helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. Items that are not picked up or shipping arranged by Friday 10/6/17 at noon following the auction are forfeited.

Shipping Instructions: Arranging and payment for pick up of items is the buyers responsibility. You can use the shipper of your choice. All shipping and handling fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Ewald Auctions does not pack items or deliver to shipping agents. If Ewald Auctions helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) Buyer is responsible for packaging, shipping and handling fees. All items are to be picked up or shipping arranged by the Friday (10/6/17) following the auction. All removal will be by appointment ONLY. Items that are not picked up by the Friday (10/6/17) following the auction are forfeited.
Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. Inspection on-site will be from 9-10am on the day of auction.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up at the warehouse or shipping arranged by the Wed following the auction.

Driving Directions: From the intersection of I-4 and Maitland Blvd (SR 414) go west on Maitland Blvd (SR 414) 4.5 miles to Orange Blossom Trail (CR 441). Location is just past overpass on the East side of the road. Look for sign.
