Buyer is required to know the laws of the state they currently reside. If NICS check is denied by ship-to FFL Miller Guns and Ammo will refund your money, less $200 scale cancellation fee and shipping costs to send back items purchased. If purchase is less than these costs, you will NOT receive a refund, as funds will cover cost associated with cancellation of sale and shipping. If credit card payment is declined for any reason you have until the end of the following day, after auction end, to complete payment or a non paying bidder report will be submitted to Proxibid. Seller is not responsible for any errors due to website malfunctions, internet connection issues, or buyer misunderstanding. No warranties offered through Miller Guns and Ammo. Firearms new in the box can be registered through the manufacturer for warranty coverage.
