The Contract Sales Price is the contract sales price combination of the high bid price and a 6% buyers premium together on each house lot sold. Both the Real Estate and the Personal Property will not sell unless The Real Estate and Personal Property makes the Reserve Price or exceeds the Reserve Price in this online Auction is a Reserve Auction on both the Real Estate and Personal property. 12.
