No claim will be considered for allowance adjustment of recession of any sale based upon the failure of the property to correspond to any particular standards or expectations of the buyer; Auctioneer may state the year of manufacture of certain equipment, however it is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain, by his own means the correctness of year, model prior to bidding. The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, modify, increase, diminish or delete lots at his sole and absolute discretion. No lots may be removed until the conclusion of the auction; although, invoices are available for payment at any time. All lots must be removed within the time announced or posted at the sale at buyer’s sole cost and risk, and only in a manner approved by the auctioneer. All equipment used in connection with removal shall itself be removed with the purchased lots. All property is sold “as-is” and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. There is no fee to register, watch, listen, or to bid. There will be a 14% Buyers Premium Day of Auction W/ a $1000 Cap Per Item Purchased There is a 4% Cash Discount if paying by Cash, Check, or Wire Transfer These fees apply only to internet buyers. Taxes and fees are applicable to all buyers. No charges or fees apply to unsuccessful bidders. Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Wire Transfers accepted as Payment. There is a $30.00 fee for a wire transfer. There will be a Convenience Fee of 4% with items purchased with any major credit card. If payment is made by Cash, Check, or Wire Transfer the 4% Convenience Fee will be discounted.
