Payment Instructions: We accept major credit cards only. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be 7% sales tax charged for purchases except Vehicles, Trailers, RVs and any other titled item subject to the South Carolina IMF. Any item subject to the South Carolina IMF is taxed at 5% up to a maximum of $500 per item. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card. All invoices must be paid on sale day unless prior arrangements have been approved by Townville Station, LLC. Unpaid invoices will be reported to Proxibid Monday November 20, 2017 at 9 am eastern.

Shipping Instructions: All items must be picked up at our facility. We will be glad to get you in contact with local shippers but the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with loading and shipping. One exception, the Komatsu CNC plasma cutting table is offsite. Buyer will be notified of location and setup appointment to pickup after sale ends. It is just a very short distance from our sale location. Forklift is available for loading assistance.
Preview Date & Times: Preview Friday 11/17/2017 from 9 am until 4 pm
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up by Monday November 20, 2017 by 3pm unless prior arrangements are made with Townville Station, LLC.

Driving Directions: Interstate 85 South from Anderson, SC take exit 11 (Hwy 24). At end of ramp, proceed straight at traffic light take first driveway on left. From Georgia, take Interstate 85 North to exit 11, turn left at end of ramp, go to Hwy 24, turn left, take the first left after crossing over the interstate. First driveway on left.
