Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment for this auction include major credit cards ONLY on guns and wire transfers on equipment. There will be a 3% electronic fee added to your total to run your card. There will also be a 15% Buyers Premium added to your total. No charge backs on credit cards, there are no adjustments made after the completion of the sale for any reason. THERE ARE NO CAPS ON BUYERS PREMIUM. Sales tax applies to in state residents only. There is a $40 flat rate fee on EACH GUN. Guns will be shipped through UPS. We WILL NOT ship any other items from this auction. We ship will ship guns ONLY. We DO NOT subscribe to Proxibid payments; therefore, we do NOT have your credit card information on hand. We will e-mail invoices via the e-mail address associated with Proxibid users. Please make sure this e-mail is current and be mindful to check it after the auction. After receiving your invoice, please respond promptly to odacauctions@gmail.com with credit card information AND attach the FFL where your gun will be shipped. We CANNOT ship guns without a copy of an FFL where you plan to pick up. We DO NOT keep your credit card information on file. We will run your card through our Square Reader and send you a receipt after we run it via e-mail. All Equipment needs to be picked up by Wednesday, November 22 at noon.

This includes shipping and handling fee. If you would like insurance covering your items, please let us know via e-mail promptly after we invoice you. We ship our firearms through UPS. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER (FFL)-NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY GUNS. YOU MUST SCAN AND EMAIL A COPY OF THE FFL LICENSE WHERE YOUR GUN IS TO BE SENT ALONG WITH PAYMENT BY MONDAY, November 20, 2017 BY 12:00 PM EST TO ODACAUCTIONS@GMAIL.COM. NO GUNS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A SCANNED COPY OF FFL LISCENCE AND COMPLETED PAYMENT. When we ship your gun(s), we will include a copy of our FFL License.
Preview Date & Times: Preview date is the day of the auction: November 17th, 2017 after 9AM until 5.
Checkout Date & Times: We plan to ship out items Tuesday, November 21st through UPS. If you plan on picking your item(s) up, pickup will be at auction location the following day,9 AM EST-5 PM EST and Monday (11/20) and Tuesday (11/21): 9AM-5PM EST.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to SC residents. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for by Monday, November 20th at 12 PM EST. If equipment, ammunition or gun safes are included in auction, these items will be for pick-up ONLY at auction location. We DO NOT SHIP AMMO, SAFES, EQUIPMENT. Any items left after November 22nd are subject to storage fees. Guns will be shipped out at the earliest convince. ALL guns will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) through UPS. The buyers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance fees. See payment information. We CANNOT ship out firearms until we have FFL and payment. If the buyer wants insurance, it is there responsibility to contact Fludd's Pawn Shop at (843) 615-5097.
