All hand carried items may be taken out by buyer or their representative with a paid receipt. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by licensed and insured contractors including moving companies. A copy of the insurance must be provided to auctioneer prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
