There is a preview available for this auction. Prospective bidders may visit the warehouse showroom and inspect items Friday January 19th from 12pm Noon to 4:30pm. 3. The pickup of items is Monday January 22nd to Friday January 26th from 10am to 3pm only at the Auction Mill 1528 N. Saddle Creek Rd Omaha, NE 68104. If these times for pickup will absolutely not work for you, you will need to make arrangements with Tom Millie one day prior to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6. NOTICE: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY, PLEASE ATTEND THE INSPECTION PERIOD OR SEND SOMEONE TO PREVIEW ON YOUR BEHALF. NO REFUNDS. 7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. No Sales Tax Payment Required Per the Department of Revenue. 10. This auction has a 18% Buyers Premium. This means that a final bid of $100.00 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $118.00 – There is a 3% Discount to Buyers Paying Cash or Company Check. 11.
