Payment Instructions: We will charge your credit card on file the day after the auction closes for the items won. After packing and shipping costs are determined, your credit card will be charged a second time and your items will be sent out. There is no pick up for this specific sale. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional you may call us to discuss. Bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. Any Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card chargebacks and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any dispute or claim. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder for any claim that Bennett Auction Service deems legitimate. We value our Buyers and treat them fairly.

Shipping Instructions: All shipping is done in-house. We will ship your items by UPS, USPS, or by other means as appropriate and charge you our negotiated (cheaper) shipping rate plus materials and $0.50 per minute labor. We often tape bagged coin to the inside of a box to prevent damage; please check before you call. Your credit card will be charged initially for your purchase, then once again for shipping when your item(s) ship. We will purchase insurance on your behalf if we decide it is in your best interest, or if you contact us before noon on Monday, Dec. 18th, 2017 and instruct us to do so.
