Terms and Conditions: INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. This auction will begin to close on Tuesday January 9th at 1pm. Lots will close approximately every 60 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid. 2. There is no preview available for this auction, all items are in a storage unit. All of the equipment is in very good working order. If anyone has specific questions, please text Tom Millie at 402.690.8666. 3. The pickup of items is Wednesday January 10th from 1pm to 4:30pm only at the Storage Units located at 801 S. Coddington Ave Lincoln, NE 68522. If these times for pickup will absolutely not work for you, you will need to make arrangements with Tom Millie one week prior to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Please read each lot description carefully. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by Wednesday January 10th by 4:30pm. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Unlike other hot food tables with stainless steel wells, the Vollrath 38118 ServeWell four well electric hot food table has self insulating, resin coated wells that will not rust or pit. Brass drain valves make it easy to empty and clean the wells individually.

The True GDM-47-LD glass door merchandiser has two sliding glass doors and a 1/2 hp bottom-mount compressor and is suitable for displaying food or beverages for sale and keeping them cold. The merchandiser has a laminated wood grain vinyl exterior for strength and moisture resistance. The interior is white-painted aluminum for light weight and resistance to corrosion and tarnishing. The stainless steel interior floor resists corrosion. The doors have double-pane glass for insulation and self-close for convenience. The merchandiser contains high-density polyurethane foam for insulation and holds the temperature from 33 to 38 degrees F. The merchandiser measures 54-1/8 x 29-5/8 x 78-5/8 inches excluding the door handles (L x D x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) Its crated weight is 485 lb. Each shelf measures 24-1/2 x 20-5/8 inches (L x D). The door handles are 3/8" deep. The merchandiser is rated for 9.6 amps.
