No charge backs are allowed. All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer or picked up in person. Buyer is responsible for all FFL transaction fees. A permit to purchase or a NICS check will be performed for firearm purchases. If the buyer does not pass a NICS check the firearm will become property of Putney Auction Service and the buyer will be responsible for the purchase price. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! 15% internet buyer's premium.
