Federal law requires that all Purchasers buying firearms on today?s auction MUST be an 18 year old, in-state resident to purchase long guns; and a 21 year old in-state resident to purchase hand guns. The same rules apply to out-of-state Buyers with the exception that hand guns. Hand guns may NOT be transported across state lines. You may purchase the hand gun, but we will need to ship it to a Firearms Dealer of your choosing. All sales made today are made strictly on a ?cash? basis, and on strict ?as is & where is? terms.
