Payment Instructions: A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online to reach the total sales price. Payment Credit cards on file will be billed same day as the auction. Paid invoices will be sent to you within 48 hours of the auction. A 6% PA sales tax will be charged to all invoices unless you have a valid sales tax exemption card on file with us prior to the day of the auction or if the items are being shipped across state lines. Shipping Instructions: Packaging will be billed based on the amount of time and material used to package the items . Shipping for ALL out of country bidders will be handled by a 3rd party shipping company. There will be a minimum of $5.00 packing fee per invoice for all antiques and and none coin/currency related items and rates will go up depending on how much material and time is spent packing the item. Coins and currency packing and shipping costs. Flat rate envelope cost $6.50-10.00 fully insured plus a $1.50 fee. Flat rate small box costs $7.50-12.00 fully insured plus a $1.50 packing fee. Flat rate Medium box costs $13.50-20.00 fully insured plus a $1.50 packing fee. At your request smaller lots of coins can be wrapped in cardstock paper and shipped in a regular un-insured, un-tracked envelop AT YOUR OWN RISK! All such request must be emailed to info@paauctioncenter.com within 12 hours of the auction.
Preview Date & Times: Friday prior to auction from 12:00-4:30 pm
Checkout Date & Times: Purchases are normally shipped out within a week of payment being made. If you are picking up at our site our hours are 7-4:30 Mon-Fri. All purchases must be picked up within seven (7) business days of the auction.
