No charge backs are allowed. All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer or picked up in person. Buyer is responsible for all FFL transaction fees. A permit to purchase or a NICS check will be performed for firearm purchases. If the buyer does not pass a NICS check the firearm will become property of Putney Auction Service and the buyer will be responsible for the purchase price. Payment Instructions: All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Please contact Putney Auction Service at (515) 961-4124 with payment information within 24 hrs of auction closing. Payment is due in full no later than 3 days of auction closing via wire transfer ($25 wire fee will apply), cash in person or certified funds. Equipment will not be released until paid in full. Equipment must be removed within 14 days. We accept Cash, VISA, Master Card, and Discover credit cards, Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. $25 service fee applies to all wire transfers. You will be billed for your purchases, plus buyer premiums, and any taxes. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! 3% with a cap of $1,000 per item internet buyer's premium. Shipping Instructions: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING/SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND COST. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP BY March 24 - NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS LEFT.
