No charge backs are allowed. All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer or picked up in person. Buyer is responsible for all FFL transaction fees. A permit to purchase or a NICS check will be performed for firearm purchases. If the buyer does not pass a NICS check the firearm will become property of Putney Auction Service and the buyer will be responsible for the purchase price. An invoice will be sent through Square for credit card transactions. $25 service fee applies to all wire transfers. You will be billed for your purchases, plus buyer premiums, and any taxes. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. A $25 service fee will be charged to any account that payment is declined/returned, requiring additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping! 15% internet buyer's premium. Shipping Instructions: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING/SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND COST. WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE OF PACKING AND SHIPPING.
