Hinz Auctioneers attempts to represent machinery as accurate as possible, but is not responsible for any warranties, implied or otherwise. Buyer is responsible for any damage by storm, nature or any other possibility of damage which may occur to machinery while it is waiting pickup. Bring paid invoice upon picking up machinery and present to Wall Equipment to finalize pick-up. We reserve the right to withdraw merchandise before the auction, with no liability of withdrawl of the property.
