IMPORTANT... There will only be ONE DAY for loadout, which is the listed date and time. All items will be unhooked and ready for pickup. Please bring adequate boxes, packing material and labor to retrieve your items. There are a couple items that are too heavy to lift by hand, and we will be able to flag an onsite forklift for those few items. The forklift will not be available for general loading, as the onsite staff will be doing us a favor, and have their regular jobs to do. Please come prepared to hand load your items. Additionally, there may be docks available to use, so if you are bringing a box truck, be prepared to package, stack and stage your items, and we will minimize the dock time needed, to alleviate the inconvenience on the warehouse that we are being allowed to use. There is ONLY one day for load out, (unless you contact the auction company, and make special arrangements) and all items must be retrieved that day. We are borrowing this space, and they need the items removed by that date. PLEASE NOTE, this pickup day is 4 days after the scheduled close, so that buyers may arrange for trucks and manpower to retrieve their items.
